About this house rental
Beautiful, historic 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom 3050+sq ft antique farmhouse built as an extension of the original Nobscussett Hotel in 1888. Updated along the way, though retaining many remaining original features, such as a wonderful wrap-around porch which extends 3/4 the way around the house, tall ceilings and stained glass windows. The expected features of a modern rental are present: Cable television/smart tv, Wifi, Air conditioning in each bedroom, outdoor showers. Off season rentals may be available as well. Sleeps 14 comfortably. The private beach is along the same stretch of beach as Mayflower beach, but far less crowded.

Amazing property with so much history and charm. The host Bryan is awesome and a fast communicator. The beach is gorgeous and is steps away from the house- we couldn’t have asked for a better place!

The house was the perfect location, only a 3 minute walk down to Mayflower Beach. Big enough to comfortably fit our extended family of 8 adults and 6 kiddos. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We would book again!

This home was beautiful, from the sweeping veranda to the massive kitchen and beautiful personal touches throughout. Bryan was an awesome host who made sure we felt right at home and had everything we needed for our special weekend. Thanx to Bryan and his kindnesses, our family will forever treasure this Thanksgiving. Thank-you!
