The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, near the university. It is easy to get there from the train station by mini-metro and then walk a short distance through the historic center. The room itself is very small — we could barely open the suitcase and take things out. The bed is comfortable, the linens are clean, and there is a wonderful view of the hills of Perugia from the window. There is a corner for coffee and tea, and a mini-fridge. Everything is clean and tidy. You can leave your luggage in storage and avoid carrying it around the hills of Perugia if you have a late flight.
The shower worked terribly — the hose to the faucet simply needs to be replaced — water sprays out of the torn hose. It costs a small amount of money, but it makes a significant difference in comfort. The bathroom is clean — no issues there.

clean and excellent communication . having an outside space was nice . kitchen well equipped . bathroom nice and clean
We had too many bags to be carrying up so many narrow and uneven staircases from Carpark . the inside was very damp as built over a well, which you could see through glass floor in the kitchen seating area . a dehumidifier was supplied but still very damp due to structure of space . perhaps better when super hot outside . also fuse box was off wall mount so needs repair , but sure this will be done .
