It was my second stay at this Hotel. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful! My room was spotless, and the room service was excellent. Breakfast is your typical continental buffet—standard but satisfying. While I didn't use the pool during this stay, it would definitely be a massive plus during a hot summer visit. My friend and I had several beers in the bar, actually on the balcony, and it was very nice. Overall, a great experience!

Hotel is really nice - everything is clean and tidy, and staff is very kind and helpful. The only flaw of this place is the location - if you travel by public transport, you will need to walk 10-15 minutes to the closest bus station, and wait for the bus that doesn't go that often to go to Perugia center. Taxi price is 25 euros, which is little bit expensive (just as a night at this place, which is little bit overpriced if you ask me).
Breakfast is really good, but it would be nice to add at least some fresh vegetables to the menu (tomato, cucumber or something like that).
Our room was super clean every day and we generally have a positive feeling about this place, as we were prepared to walk to the bus and then travel to the city.
The location, but we were prepared for that. Also, I feel that price is little bit high. And sometimes we would hear other guests slamming their doors, but that is their culture.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and generous portions.
What I didn't like is that they advertise it as a hotel, but the rooms are very basic and I think a bit expensive. But in reality, everything was very clean and that counts.

Good location, very clean, comfy room and bed.
Dinner meal was very poor. Staff a little abrupt due to language barriers.
