Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera pulita e con tutti i servizi per bimba e cane, parcheggio per l'auto dentro cancello privato
Per noi non é stato un problema ma é necessaria l'auto per arrivare comodamente in zona stazione e poter prendere minimetrò. Merita comunque 10 stelle ma é da prendere in considerazione

La vicinanza al centro, la comodità del parcheggio, il bagno e la pulizia
Lavandino troppo piccolo, l’odore nelle scale e nella hall (bisogna arieggiare di più’) e l’insonorizzazione scarsa.

The owners were very good and very pleasant hosts ensuring that everything was in according to your needs. We traveled with our dog and they were dog owners themselves. The place was very spacious and clean and you can park on the side.
Breakfast was very good too.
The location is near the highway and easy to reach. It is not a very welcoming area (industrious) though. That is a choice however. You are in Perugia city center (parkings) within 10 minutes.
