Reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff were efficient. Room was comfy and clean. Location was great despite a steep hill and a quite a few stairs to access Free safe in room, bath towel was a good size which made a nice change.
No items were in the mini bar, a vending machine would have been useful as quite a steep walk to a nearest shop which closes early. Limited toiletries in the room.

Location is quiet, they have enough parking space. Staff was friendly.
A bit far from the city centre (20 min walk), hotel a bit outdated, but OK.

Good value for money
restaurant closed when we arrived at 9.00 pm. Also booking.com says room service available but none was available

Staff were friendly and ready to help. Quite area and no noise or traffic. Good parking area. Hotel is surrounded by greenery.
Hotel needs to be maintained, barhroons modernised and corridor furnishings changed and modernised.
