Camera ottima e pulita. Cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Staff super disponibile. A pochi passi dalla piazza principale.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Altstadt von Perugia, ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Toller kleiner Garten, liegt sehr zentral in der historischen Altstadt, ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Ich habe sehr gut und erholsam geschlafen.
Zimmer bleibt im Sommer schön kühl.
Grosser Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Ich habe die Küche aktiv genutzt und mir kleine Speisen zubereitet. Auch Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ist da (ich bin Kaffeetrinkerin).
Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Checkin mit Codes hat problemlos geklappt, Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet bei Fragen sehr schnell.
Für mich hat alles gepasst, kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Disponibilité immédiate - via message - pour nous accueillir gentiment et communiquer les informations. Chambre très agréable donnant sur un petit jardin privatif. Grande salle à manger avec documentation, télévision grand écran, cuisine équipée, machine à café mise à dispo ... Très proche du centre ville de Perrugia. Lit confortable.
Les indications sur les possibilités de parking : compliqué de se garer à Perrugia (centre historique). Les escaliers dans le couloir et dans la chambre : peuvent ne pas convenir à des personnes d'un certain âge ... Concernant les marches de la chambre, ce serait bien d'installer un système sur le mur de droite en descendant qui permette de se tenir quand on les descend pour arriver au lit (surtout la nuit).
