Beautiful huge room Modern decor in the room, excellent aircon, very comfortable bed, excellent black out curtains. We were opposite the bus station but did not notice any sound.
Staff were very professional and helpful with all requests.
Toietries - no hair conditioner. Excellent quality otherwise.
Poor noise insulation with room above. My partner was disturbed one night by children running around and playing with furniture all night. However, he didn't tell reception who may have been able to help.
Breakfast is abundant amd wirh an incredible ramge of sacoury amd sweet but the quality was not always good. Hot food is limited.

The location was great in the old town close to the historic sites, restaurants and local markets.
Overall, we were a little disappointed and didn't feel like this was a 4 star hotel. The rooms were satisfactory, although we were unable to figure out how the aircon system worked. The breakfast was also fairly average. We only stayed for 1 night and that was enough for us.
