Located in Óbidos, this lovely villa for $197 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This villa has a total of 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor) with 2 single beds each with luxury mattresses. The rooms have large fitted wardrobes and all rooms on the first floor have a balcony. The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 with luxury shower panel and 1 with bath / shower. The spacious living room with fantastic views is modernly furnished and equipped with LCD TV and DVD / CD / radio player (with USB and I-Pod connection). There is also a wireless internet connection available for a fee. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all modern conveniences such as a gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and coffee maker (Senseo). All windows are equipped with shutters. The entire villa also has underfloor heating. The spacious garage under the villa can accommodate two cars. Pay a visit to the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto with its many wonderful (fish) restaurants or the fashionable fishing town of Peniche. The very touristy and famous resort of Nazaré can be reached in 30 minutes. Places of interest: The neighboring town of Obidos with its ancient fortress walls is definitely worth a visit. And not too far from Sobral da Lagoa you will also find the other "miracles of Portugal": Alcobaca and Fatima. With its many historic buildings and modern shopping center, Caldas da Rainha is the main city for the Obidos region. You will still find authentic Portugal in this region. No overcrowded tourist cities and beaches, but enjoying the beautiful culture and nature and the very friendly population that makes Portugal so unique. You can reach Lisbon from the villa within 45 minutes, and Porto within approximately 2.5 hours. Both well worth a visit. Although Lisbon is the closest airport, arriving at Porto is certainly an option. Especially because of the cheaper flights. Within 15 minutes you are at the exclusive golf courses of Praia do Bom Sucesso and Praia del Rey. And as an avid water sports enthusiast you will also find plenty of opportunities in the vicinity for surfing and sailing.

The villa matched the expectations Great pool, kitchen well equipped, barbacue, The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. It’s located 10 minutes drive from Óbidos and +/- 20 minutes from the beach (Foz do arelho, praia del Rey, etc) The neighborhood it’s quiet, it’s perfect to relax while enjoying family vacations

The only issue we had was having to go to a store to buy internet time and we did not have very good service after purchasing the time. Probably due to the remote location of the villa.

A casa corresponde ao que é divulgado no anuncio, tem bons espaços interiores e exteriores (e uma bela vista) e o piso térreo está adequado a pessoas com mobilidade condicionada (onde existe inclusivamente um quarto e uma wc com poliban). Existe, no entanto, um grande inconveniente: o local está infestado de moscas, o que foi verdadeiramente incomodativo. Recomendaria/repetiria a estadia apenas se o proprietario colocar redes mosquiteiras nas janelas por forma a controlar o problema pelo menos no interior da casa.

Casa grande e limpa, com tudo o que é preciso. Vista bonita. Local muitíssimo sossegado. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário. Único pormenor a salientar: a tv não tem canais portugueses (mas tem dezenas de canais noutras línguas, principalmente holandês e alemão) e a net é paga. De qualquer modo, voltaremos!

La maison est vraiment belle et spacieuse . Idem pour la piscine. Peter le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible par mail. Paulo qui s’occupe de la villa sur place est charmant et vient vous dépanner avec le sourire au moindre problème. Un vrai havre de paix!

A casa tem espaço suficiente para as pessoas indicadas, camas super confortáveis apesar de serem individuais. Cozinha bem equipada no entanto faltava umas colheres de pau e uma dispensa maior para ficar completa. As casas de banhos são espaçosas e não tive nenhuma razão de queixa. A piscina é grande o suficiente e profunda e tem um espaço com espreguiçadeiras O espaço exterior é muito bom para o convívio no final do dia. Único ponto que notei menos positivo foi a limpeza da loiça, muito dos tupperwares, copos,pratos,etc... Ainda tinham manchas e estavam mal lavados. O gestor da propriedade é bastante simpático e disponível para ajudar em qualquer dúvida. A zona da villa também é boa, fica perto da cidade de Óbidos onde podemos encontrar supermercados.

Big house for 8 people, very comfortable. You have yo take the car if you want to go to the beach or if you want to have dinner out. But if you'd rather have privacity, this is the perfect place, with barbacue and everything that you need to feel as if you were at home.

We had a fabulous week's holiday in this beautiful modern villa. We were a party of 7 and there was plenty of space. The pool area is well maintained and has wonderful views over the fields, hills. Lagoon and beach. The little hidden away village is an perfect setting for a relaxing holiday and a walk around the village is a must. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la villa est superbe ,il y a tout se qu'on a besoin. Le petit déjeuner nous attend avec les fruits ,du lait ,du café du beurre! Génial Paulo est très gentil même si il ne parle pas français il arrive a se faire comprendre! Le petit village typique du Portugal avec un café et une supérette une patronne très très gentille!je vous conseille de faire vos courses là-bas ! Les prix sont top. Pleins d'endroits a visités. Le seul point négatif est le vent qui était présent pendant toute la semaine. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs le soir!

Mooi strak huis. In nieuwstaat. Fraaie badkamers en keuken waar niks ontbreekt. Zwembad is mooi en groot genoeg om lekker in te kunnen zwemmen. Fantastisch panorama met uitzicht op kustlijn en baai. Wél waaide het behoorlijk gedurende ons verblijf. Maar dat weet je als aan Atlantische Kust verblijft. Eigenaar (Peter) is een fijne gastheer en doet niet moeilijk als er iets vervangen moet worden. In ons geval het koffieapparaat. We mochten direct nieuwe kopen en Peter maakte geld direct over. Top! Voor rust, lekker zwemmen en relaxen een aanrader! Groet, Bert Vink

Tivemos uma semana muito sossegada na aldeia do sobral da lagoa. A casa é espaçosa, tem tudo o que precisamos para passar umas boas férias. A piscina é grande e tem muita segurança. Pena não termos desfrutado muito devido ao mau tempo que fez nessa semana.

Die Villa hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr groß, neu, schick. Der Pool ist toll und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist super. Man hat alles da, was man braucht... wir haben nur einen Toaster vermisst :-) Das einzige Manko für uns war, dass nichts so wirklich typisch portugiesisch war. Wer einen typischen Urlaub mit Kontakt zu Einheimischen sucht, der ist hier eindeutig fehl am Platze. Die Villa ist ziemlich abgelegen in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich, wohin sich niemand von den Einheimischen "verirrt". Wer allerdings Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, der ist hier richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, viele interessante Städte und schöne Strände in der Nähe.

Het klopt wat er in eerdere positieve recensies geschreven is. Ook de omschrijving van de eigenaar klopt gewoon. Nergens zijn wij in teleurgesteld. De luxe, de rust, de prachtige omgeving met de vele mogelijkheden aan bezienswaardigheden het klopt allemaal. Binnen een uur met de auto de prachtige stad Lissabon, het heerlijke strand van Estoril of het leuke stadje Nazare. Maar slechts een ding klopt niet, de tuin is echt veel mooier dan op de foto' s, dus of de foto's maar aanpassen of er naartoe gaan! M&M en F uit Arnhem
