Οι ανέσεις που αναφέρει ο οικοδεσπότης όντως υπάρχουν, επίσης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, η γειτονιά είναι πάρα πολύ ήσυχη και υπάρχει χώρος για πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και ζεστό.

Whenever travelling to Sofia, this is where I will go back

Very spacious apartment (we used the Deluxe apartment on the 1st floor). Very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location was good and comfortable with bus, tram and metro stations on walking distance (few minutes) from the property. The neighborhood is very good, lively, South Park is 10 minutes by walk and is very beautiful and big park, great for walking and be close to nature. Pharmacies, restaurants and shops near the property as well. Great communication with Dimi, as always he is very helpful, very kind and precise with information and instructions. I've booked few times at Sofia Family House for my friends and myself when I am in Sofia and need a place to stay, definitely recommend it! Also very good value for the stay.

Everything with the stay was great, absolutely no complains about the place, conditions there and communication with the owner. We had everything that we needed and are completely satisfied. Thank you for everything Dimi!

New apartment, everything works well. There is coffee and tea. Kind owner.

Too bright in the morning. Also we would suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom.

Nice rooms to take a rest or to visit the city

We stopped here, one night during our trip to Greece. It was a very good decision. We found here clean, comfortable, airconditioned nice rooms. What are the pros: - comfortable checkin - cars in safe place (even garage) - playground nearby - close to public transportation if you would like to visit the city center - there are shops and restaurants in the area - air conditioning - clean and comfortable

Dimitri was a Perfect host and trying to fulfill every little need like milk etc immediately.

Very nice place, too bad we stayed there just for one night. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is good coffee too. The mattress is big and comfortable. The communication with the host and the check-in process are impeccable.

NO parking space - even though it's advertised as this, there are not enough parking spaces in the place (just 2-3 spots which are always occupied) Dark Room - very few lights Not so clean room Small room A lot of speed-limit bumpers in the area (disaster if you own an expensive car)

An amazing stay! warm and cozy apartment with a free parking place, which is amazing to have in Sofia. located near the center (20ish minutes walking distance ). Host was extra nice and very friendly. The complimentary coffee in the room was a great touch as well:) Would recommend!

Wonderful stay, will most definitely be back there when in Sofia!

Spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. Good and comfortable, peaceful location. Transport available in short walking distance. Supermarket, groceries and pharmacies very close to the property. Great communication with the host, who was extremely kind and helpful!
