Run down, overpriced

Close to the beach, check in was easy, the heating worked well.

The static caravan was not in great condition. Blankets draped over all cushioned furniture to hide stains, drains blocked, no bin, no soap, etc.. The towels weren't there, when we asked for them we got some old looking towels with some of them smelling of dog. The mattresses are at least 10 years over their lifetime and super uncomfortable. The amenities mentioned (restaurant, clubhouse, pool) can only be used with paying an additional fee. It's like advertising a place and claiming the public swimming pool nearby as an amenity. We even were queried by staff on why we were there without having a resort pass, which made us feel like we did something wrong. The check-out process was odd with the deposit not immediately refunded but apparently only 24h after. It said to not park on the grass in case of rain and getting stuck, but there's no other spot to park the car for this particular caravan. There's no wifi at the caravan, the one from the park doesn't reach and is limited and reception with Three is limited as well.

An amazing break for everyone, we will definitely be back.

From the initial booking Alison was very responsive and friendly. As far as communication goes we couldn't have asked for more. The property was amazing, very clean, great location and had everything we could have wanted and more. We stayed for two nights and the initial booking was for four people. However my kids (grown up) decided at the very last minute that they wanted to come so there were 6 of us for one night in the end. Plenty of space for all of us. My in laws had the double bedroom, my kids had the room with two single beds and my wife and I slept in the living room on the fold out bed which was very comfortable. My mother and father in law were only staying for one night. I think they thought it was going to be like the old caravans (carry on camping springs to mind :) and were very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. In fact they absolutely loved it and are now looking to book their own stay. My kids are 19 and 23 and they too were amazed with how spacious and well kitted out the place was. The shingle beach is only a short walk from the site and my dog and kids loved it. Everyone we met on the beach was very friendly and we had many nice chats with strangers. The only thing that could have made the stay better would have been a longer holiday which we are planning for next year and we'll definitely be using the same host and hopefully in the same caravan. We actually met the cleaners too who were also very friendly and helpful. We couldn't work out how to empty the hoover and they were more than happy to help us. We would all like to say a massive thank you to everyone for making an short break into such an amazing experience. Although it was short we have lots of very happy memories with no negatives at all. One thing I would say which is nothing to do with the host is that the onsite Nisa is very expensive for some basic items.

Leaving the property was the only negative. We all wished we had a longer stay.

Very good

Comfortable caravan that was clean on a reasonably quiet site. Communication with host great, with very quick responses to any questions. Location to the beach and a nice walk into Hunstanton were just what we wanted.

Nothung that would stop is recommending the property but - caravan (not a lodge) wasn't one that is pictured. WI-FI ok for general browsing but couldn't streem music. We might have not seen the info in the breakdown but we were surprised to be told that to have a drink in the onsite bar we'd need an entertainment pass at over £11 per adult- theres a few nice local pubs so not a problem.

Perfect get away with the dog and next to the beach!

Clear instructions to the van and key information. Location was a 2 min walk to the beach.

Amazing

The property was. Perfect location, so close too the beach, easy to locate. The caravan itself was a great size, had all appliances we needed, the main bedroom was specious and the bed was soo comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, there was cleaning products and a hoover which was also great so we were able to clean the property before we left. I understand each caravan is slightly different but we had number 44 and it was great. We took our dog along with us and we was able to let him walk around the balcony area as it was gated and it was great. I would absolutely recommend.

Phone service in the area isn’t great but it doesn’t matter when you’re away, the down time is perfect. There was lots of duck poo around due too the ducks on site, this was also in the balcony of the caravan, it wasn’t a problem but one too keep an eye out for so you/ your dog/ children don’t step in it.

Beautiful caravan, lovely location, accommodating Host ❤️

The pictures of the accommodation didn’t do it justice. One of the nicest and most spacious caravans we’ve stayed in. Lots of storage, large kitchen and lounge area also had plenty of room and were very comfortable. 2 bathrooms with an on suite from the master bedroom. And lovely double doors to the decking. Beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool and clubhouse on site were also perfect with the kids. Our dog Lizzie also loved her stay with a special mat for her food and water and plenty of birds to watch out the windows 🤣. Will 100% book this again. Our host was wonderfully accommodating and very responsive to messages. Thanks again Alison! Faye & Family x

Superb

The caravan was spotless, very comfortable and dog friendly. It has everything you need for a self catering stay. With just a stroll to the beach, it's perfect for children and dogs. We liked the private back gate that led to the beach or a walk by the riverside. Would definitely visit again. Very good communications with owner. Thankyou.

The site was good, reception staff were brilliant and good in the club house was good.

It was a good location on the site,

Although it had everything we needed for a couple of nights, it was dated and some of the windows wouldn’t close the curtains didn’t close very well, the radiators were rusted, one of the door handles were broken.

Perfect getaway for the weekend

Great size. 2 double bedrooms were perfect for me and my friend. So close to the beach, literally 5 mins from caravan to the sea so ideal if you’re looking for a beach focussed on a beach trip. I had my 2 dogs with me and they loved it. Plenty of space and they were comfortable straight away. Property was clean, towels provided, beds were so so comfy! We stayed in Felberg 5.

It was perfect. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement, is toilet roll is provided but there were no spare rolls so once we’d used what we there on arrival we had to go and buy some.

A lovely family holiday! The caravan was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds.

The location of the caravan site was perfect for us - right next to a dog friendly beach and within a short drive to both Hunstanton and Sandringham palace, all of which we visited during our short stay,

The couch was full of dog/ cat hair,, it was not cleaned at all. I dont think it good as we were staying with our baby. Cleanliness was very poor

very enjoyable short break

location was great close to the beach and nice walking in the area very comfortable, and nice and clean, bed also very comfortable.

struggled with the shower, could only get scolding water , discovered the boiler temp was turned to maximum so turned that down was was then ok. some of the cooking facilities could do with replacing, like the frying pans. otherwise all good

A nice caravan.

The double bed was comfortable, and the campervan was spacious. There was an extra duvet and pillows provided. It was handy to have an en suite toilet as I'm 9 months pregnant and didn't want to disturb the rest of the family through the night. Seemed clean and tidy on the whole. Clear instructions were given by the host, which helped us find it. We would happily come back.

We couldn't figure out how to turn the heating on so it was a bit chilly, but the fire kept the main part of the caravan warm.

The ladies at reception were lovely and the location was good . But the accommodation not clean

Two toilets

The cleanliness awful Kitchen sink was dirty , dirty paper plates in the crockery cupboard , greasy baking tray in the oven , dirty glass in the main bathroom , dining chair badly stained and top it all a Chicken bone downward the side of the cushion on the sofa . The bedding wasn’t clean either looked some had just out the bed Yuk Disgusting

Felburg 44 good location 👌

F44 Nice caravan( last pictures on photos when booking )Very close to the shop & restaurant etc... Nice quite holiday park, kids gone back to school. Small swimming pool. Didn't buy food in restaurant so I can't rate that. Nice beach near by in walking distance from main entrance & many footpaths for a walk. Nice clean fresh bedding,towels & sofas. Wash up liquid etc..,loo rolls.& tea towel. Available parking outside caravan. Main bedroom with separate loo & sink, comfy memory foam mattress. Nice clean good quality carpets in lounge we would return for another break. Clean bathrooms.

Free view signal is poor on several channels Kids tv seemed ok. Had a dvd, wasn't on the description when booking 😔 Our 4G Internet was hit & miss for signal in caravan. Didn't pay for WiFi connection. The Cleaning side in the kitchen area wasn't the best!! Cupboards,microwave, kettle, oven & fridge fronts & handles ( finger marks etc.. not covid secure in that area. Work tops done & dining table. Not sure if Cleaners done a covid secure clean on all door handles Inc tv remotes too? Fat still sitting in grill tray.

Location awful parking difficult tv didn't work very noisy no privacy.this was a last holiday with our dog and struggled to pay for it usually go the manor which we love .we got early check in arranged with Alison and sat having our lunch when cleaner turned up and didn't know early check in and although lovely lady she was cleaning while we having lunch.we feel waste of 121.50 which is a lot to us as pensioners just wanting a nice peaceful goodbye with our boy .total awful caravan in awful location. We had felberg 44 so review is for that van right behind the nisa shop which is unsightly and a huge noisy fan on the wall ruined our stay Also I did say I'm disabled and there are 3 steps into the van which I found difficult
