Le personnel était très accueillant et au petit soin. Les chambres étaient nickels et la piscine très grande. On a passé un séjour très agréable.

Everything was perfect. When my wife made the booking, I didn't expect many facilities. I only agreed to stay only one night at Villa 45 because our main day was planned for the next day.
After staying at Villa 45 I was so happy since it was worth it in every aspect. The caretaker of the property Mr. Raj was really helpful, and also the owner Mr. Nipun took care of everything we need. When I ask him to book a river safari boat he quickly arranged it for an affordable price. I must mention the 'Maadu' river safari was amazing.
My overall experience was really awesome and I highly recommend Villa 45.

We stayed at villa 45 for one week. We loved it! The staff were very attentive and polite. Many thanks to the owner Nipun, he helped us to solve all the issues instantly. From ordering tuk tuk, to cooking delicious food. He was always in touch, which is very important. Arrange a very interesting boat trip for us, we injoyed it so much! We also rented a motor bike from him and ordered a transfer, at a good price. The pool is big and very clean. The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. I recommend Villa 45!

Beautiful Villa close to shops and restaurants. Villa felt very private away from the busy street. Light and breezy rooms with a great chill out area upstairs with beanbags where you can watch the monkeys swinging from the palms in the distance!
