We had a lovely room with a view over the city roofs. Very well located hotel but just down a side street so not noisy. Firm but comfy beds, very clean white towels and bedding. The whole hotel was kept spotless. Would come again.
We didn't have the breakfast so I didn't like the smell of bacon in the morning.

You should improve the noise policy. I mean the noise made by the locatars. And also those door alarms are very annoing.

The room was a decent size, balcony was very large, mostly clean
It isn't a "hotel" it is a bed and breakfast. For breakfast, there were not gluten free options readily available for my spouse, unless you gave them a days notice, so we never ate there. Shower was smallish.....beds were two single beds pushed together, not comfortable with having to push them together and have a gap while you are sleeping with your spouse. It is an okay bed and breakfast, it isn't a good " hotel ".
