About this house rental
Skylights and sliders abound in this bright, sunny contemporary located in a quiet, attractive neighborhood midway between South Beach and town center. Great, first floor master suite with king bed plus jacuzzi. Nicely appointed modern kitchen with breakfast bar and quartz countertops. Large living/ family room with skylights, cathedral ceiling and sleep sofa. Three bedrooms upstairs, one king, one queen and one with twin beds. New second family room with large mahogany deck around the back, PLUS NEW HVAC throughout give added space and comfort. A wrap-around front deck and enclosed outside shower complete this great family beach house.

We loved our stay in Katama at this property. The location is perfect - right off the bike path and close to South Beach and downtown Edgartown. We were pleasantly surprised to see how spacious the bedrooms were and the kids loved the giant bathroom with soaking tub in the master suite. Would happily stay here again - reading the guest book, seems like there are many repeat renters here. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

What a wonderful, beautiful house! So well-equipped with anything you could possibly need (even a needle and thread!) We had lovely weather all week; having a cup of coffee outside on the porch in the sunshine, hearing the occasional turkey! On our next trip to the Vineyard we would absolutely love to stay again in this terrific house! Thank you to the Moffas!

Our lovely rental greeted us with a warm and inviting cozy family feel. It had all we needed to enjoy a wonderful stay…loads of room and convenient location. It took us a mere minutes to settle in and feel like home!
