They were extremely accommodating and met every need and desire. Making the lodge feel at home, baked goods every day, excellent and kind service. Everything spotless, spacious and comfortable.

The shower system was sometimes frustrating if you don’t have an ensuite you had to either book in a time or just wait outside the bathroom as the showers are in the onsen area.

We had such a fantastic stay at Raicho Lodge and would happily return. The staff were so kind and incredibly helpful, warm, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was easy. Their local tips and genuine care made a big difference to our trip. The location is also very convenient in walking distance to lifts and restaurants.
The lodge itself has a beautiful cosy atmosphere, especially around the fireplace where we enjoyed great conversations with like-minded guests after a day on the slopes. It really feels more like a welcoming mountain home than a hotel.
Our room was large and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a strong, hot shower, exactly what you want after skiing. The onsen was also excellent and the perfect way to relax and recover each evening.
Highly recommend Raicho Lodge for anyone looking for comfort, friendliness, and a true alpine lodge experience.

Great atmosphere and location. Very comfortable.
Rooms were smaller than we were expected but still ok. Just a bit of a challenge with all the winter gear. The Onsen was broken and has been since last season, plenty of time to have had it fixed.
