The hostess and the family were absolutely lovely. They also had an outdoor place to sit (under a roof).

The place is pretty average, maybe a bit overpriced for the location and time of the week (Mon/Tue night). But it was okay. Don't expect anything amazing, but good enough to stay if you don't know where to go.

Charming, country hostel with amazing views and friendly staff!

This place was like going back to your Grandparents house in the country. It was so cute and homey and the staff there were so considerate and welcoming. Their English is very minimal but our group had a Chinese speaker so it was easy for us to get the translation for everything. If you do not have a Chinese speaker you will probably struggle with the understanding the staff and any directions. The rooms were comfortable and the place was really peaceful and quiet. The views of the mountain right outside were incredible and breakfast was Taiwanese style and pretty tasty. The location isn't far off from either Yuchih, or Puli the surrounding cities. You need a car to get here though as there aren't really any taxis in the area.

The only thing was the bathrooms were outside of the rooms and sometimes the other guests were in there for a long time as its a shared bathroom.
