Ubicación, desayuno y atención del personal.

Las toallas se veían un poco antiguas y manchadas. El baño a pesar de ser súper grande, no tenía muy buena ventilación lo que generaba un poco olor a humedad. El tamaño de la habitación era un poco pequeña pero muy bonita.

Très agréable, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel.

Très joli petit hôtel, bien placé, propre et au calme, personnel attentionné et professionnel. Très bon petit-déjeuner pris sur une terrasse à l'extérieur. Chambre spacieuse (avec balcon), très confortable et bien équipée.

Top hotel! Heerlijk gehad en prijzen zijn goed

Top lokatie Hele behulpzame personeel! Spraken vloeiend Engels. Wij wilden dagje naar Guatape, mochten wij onze rug zakken bij hun achter laten. Heerlijk douch Lekker en uitgebreide ontbijt Er lag een persoonlijke welkoms boodschap in de vorm van een kaartje. Erg persoonlijk en leuk!

Great hotel but bad room

Breakfast was great, nice location (but you need to walk)

I think we were unlucky with our room. It was on the street at the ground floor. We could understand the conversations of the guests that were having breakfast and the conversations at the reception. The WiFi was not strong enough in the room, so the Netflix on the tv that was promised also did not work. The safe was somehow also broken… (room 106)

Good value and good location.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. We spent two nights there at the end of our trip to Medellin. The room was rather basic, but very clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was great and included in the room price. A great supermarket within walking distance.

Bathroom wasn’t very private as you could see inside and hear everything happening in the bathroom.

Me encantó todo, el personal súper amable, el desayuno buenisimo y las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias. Además la ubicación es buena, cerca de los principales parques del Poblado y de la estación de metro.

Me gustó todo, no tengo nada negativo para decir.

Lindo lugar para visitar la ciudad con gran relación precio/calidad

El desayuno es muy rico y completo, la atención de las chicas muy atenta. Los recepcionistas muy simpáticas y eficientes, especialmente Sara.

Me parece que el balcón necesita más limpieza, ya que tenía mucho polvo. Tal vez se debería considerar otro tipo de puerta para el baño menos pesada y delicada.

El Desayuno es en una cafeteria externa. Poco variado pero rico. La ubicación en el barrio del poblado es muy buena, bien comunicado y cerca del centro. La habitación muy pequeña y el baño poco reservado.

Amazing staff service, location.

Breakfast is amazing, they have multiple options and accomodate to your needs. Staff is very very kind and their attention to detail is superb. The rooms are good enough, spacious enough, clean enough.

Some members of my family mentioned that their room was too exposed to street noise, doesn't happen on every room tho'.

Tolles Hotel in optimaler ruhiger Lage

Sehr gute Lage, in sicherer Umgebung. 10 Minuten zur Metro. 5 Minuten zum riesigen Supermarkt. Hilfsbereiter Personal. Freies gereinigtes Wasser. Man kann vor Ort Unternehmungen buchen. Ganz tolles Frühstück, dass man frei wählen kann.

Leider etwas durchgelegene Matratze und im Bad Abflussgeruch.

Boutique hotel with spacious rooms in Poblado. Would choose this as alternative accommodations.

Boutique hotel in the calm part of Poblado (in terms of foot and vehicular traffic) with spacious and well-appointed rooms, plus a balcony. I liked that they had separate dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. It was also a pleasant surprise to have a/c in the room, which is not a guarantee with hotels/hostels in Medellin. If you're a small eater, the filling breakfast that is included in the price will last you until dinner. The staff were friendly.

Even if it was in a "quiet" neighborhood, the rooms were not soundproofed, so I could hear the cars passing by on the street below through the windows and the balcony door. The sound of people talking in the hall could also be heard through the bedroom door. The compressor of the a/c unit of the room beside mine was just outside my open bathroom window, so I definitely knew when they had their a/c running. There was a strange smell coming out of the bathroom drains.

Extremely safe and comfortable hotel away from the party scene.

Very clean and extremely safe neighborhood away from the party life but close enough. Located next to a beautiful park.

Internet can be slow. You will need to sit in the hallway or lobby to get sign on the top floor.

The staff is simply wonderful and super accommodating. They made our stay exceptional. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great location.

A mini refrigerator and kettle and small microwave would be nice to have in the room.

Ok, but better options may exist nearby.

The location was great. The breakfast was great.

The room, despite being an upgrade was still pretty small and the windows are thin so you hear a lot of road noise. The bathroom has a shower that splashes water everywhere and makes a mess. I also have several bug bites after staying there which I think are from bed bugs. ( I contacted the hotel separately to alert them of this).
