Was expecting a hotel, Booking is indicating for the establishment being a hotel, the name indicate hostal. In the hostal category this place deserve an A+.
It is residencial, homely feeling with people giving it all.
Import mentioning:
* flight of stairs to get to the plsce
* fan in stead of airconditioning
Had the opportunity to have a talk with management about minor adjustments.
Transport service charges much economical than regular.
Super location for tranquility homely feeling and pampering by tremendous, service minded people. Folks, my sincere gratitude and appreciation.

We had a great stay! Staff were amazing, the room was very clean and the location was ideal. The area is bit further from the main "el poblado" area, but I preferred it as it was nice and quiet and a quick walk to the metro and restaurants / bars nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was amazing, close to everything and very safe to walk around. The bathroom was nice. It had hot water however, the bathrooms are very small. Very quite around there. The breakfast was good and everyday they had something different.
The room is very small, the space to put your stuff is very limited. It gets really hot at night due to having only one fan. They were doing renovations so the room smelled like fresh paint and it was really strong. Beds are not the most comfortable but for the price it’s good for a few nights.

The guy at the reception (Samuel) was super friendly and helpful, really nice person. Also the breakfast was quite good and abundant.
It was quite dirty: there was a hair in the bed and the bathroom was full of mold. The room and the bathroom are also ridiculously small, it's hard to move around or even open the wardrobe since there is no physicial space.
