Wonderful property with beautiful views has a nice swimming pool and sauna. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely love to return to this place.

Nice Spa, very nice location and view to the mountain and Veliko Tarnovo.
Rooms are a little outdated and would benefit from refurnishing, they are clean though.

The staff were great, the SPA was good, the location is comfortable.
We had an occasion and they might have given us a better room, but the one we had was okay.

The room does not correspond to the room and the pictures on Booking.
The soap support in the bathroom was completely rusted.
The guy in the reception was with a 1 week beard and a t-shirt barely taking care of the clients.
