Everything in the villa was perfect-clean and well maintained

I do not like that we have to stay in the villa and use the restaurant in the next building and the hill between two is for the sportiest or have to use the car for about 250 meters The restaurant was completely empty and our server was not respectful at all I am not recommending the restaurant with the Bulgarian food to no one

Atunci cand lasam un review, ne confruntam cu propria scara de valori. Ceea ce pentru unii e bine - e mai prost pentru altii. Villa Arbanashki Han a fost exact ceea de ce am avut nevoie in drumul nostru din Moldova spre Grecia. Am vrut spatiu pt 5 persoane, camere curate, asternuturi curate, baie/dus curat pentru a ne odihni. Am obtinut totul si mult mai mult. Paturi cu saltele bune (cele mai bune pe care le-am intalnit pana acum in hotele), geamuri cu plasa pentru insecte (vara e o necesitate), si TV care merge din start (am avut alte locatii unde trebuia sa iti bati capul serios sa intelegi cum merge TV-ul lor, nu mai zic ca sa pui un desen animat copiilor era chiar dificil). Am ajuns la hotel pe la 18.30. Am fost cazati in vila hotelului, partea care are bazin (curat si cu apa buna de scaldat - o minunatie pentru cel care vine de la drum si e infierbantat de zile toride). Seara la cina, am comandat pizza in restaurantul vilei. O cina afara, langa piscina, cu pizza si vin... ce iti mai trebuie? Personalul a fost la inaltime. Dimineata am avut bufet suedez la dejun, bine diversificat, unde cred ca fiecare isi poate gasi ceva gustosel, indiferent de gusturi. Flamand nu pleci de acolo. Noi cu trei copii, unde fiecare e cu preferinte - am gasit. Am gasit si pentru noi adultii. Si cafea, si cappucino, si ceai, si legume, si lactate, si mezeluri, si oua... si multe altele la care nici macar nu m-am uitat. A fost bine. Va multumim.

It is the third time we spend time at Arbanasky Han (once in the Main building and twice in the villa). Good breakfast, cosy and comfortable rooms, good food and friendly personel. The acces to the tourist area is easy (providing you are traveling by car). Very close to Tsarevetz citadel in Veliko Tarnovo (10 min by car) and Bircho Kiro cave (30 min by car) the place of the oldest homo sapiens remains in Europe, and Etar (1h by car) (an amazing village museum with local crafts and sell points as well as a restaurant). Highly recommend as base for exploring the area and having a nice and relaxing time.

Beautiful gardens and 2 restaurants - italian and bulgarian. Rooms with comfy beds and spacious.
