A great choice for families visiting the Biennale
We had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially to families with children who are coming to Venice for the Biennale. The location is excellent: both Giardini and Arsenale are within walking distance, which made our days at the Biennale so much easier.
There is also a supermarket extremely close to the apartment, which is very convenient when travelling with children. Another big plus was the local advice we received from the lovely lady who welcomed us at check-in — her restaurant recommendations were excellent and really helped us discover the neighbourhood.
Nevodi, which is nearby, is particularly worth mentioning: excellent food and absolutely worth a visit.
The apartment was comfortable, the location worked perfectly for us, and we had no problems during our stay. A very good base for exploring this quieter, more local side of Venice while still being close to the Biennale.

The apartment is very central location, many restaurants very close the lady we met on arrival was really helpful and very nice
The apartment located at little passage and when you enter into the door there was some sewage smell, WiFi not great and use TV is not very easy it took so long to connect WiFi and use TV also
