Great location really enjoyed my stay. Their property could do with a few minor adjustments and then it would be great.

Great location

No freezer no washing machine kitchen was absolutely tiny, but it was just me. It would’ve been probably a stretch if there was more than two staying at the property. There was a hot water issue with the shower that meant I took a cold shower after a few moments of it being on.

Perfect

The accommodation was lovely right from the start, when we met near the Coop just before reaching the apartment. The place had everything one would expect, and actually quite a few extras. Amenities like a moka pot and an iron were very nice touches. The location is great because it’s in a quieter area, yet still close to everything. Overall, a great impression and I definitely recommend staying here.

If I had to mention a minor downside, sounds do carry quite a bit in the apartment, including from neighboring flats. However, that is understandable, and one doesn't travel to Venice for total silence anyway.

The worst stay I’ve ever had.

The location. That’s it

Terrible. AC didn’t work, not clear direction where supplies were, and dirty… not worth the price point at all. While the location is convenient and quiet I would NEVER recommend. It was very very hot and an AC was very important. It did not work and a fan was brought to us when we let them know and it was filthy (see attached photos). We attempted to iron our clothes for our nice dinner and the iron was not with the iron board and when we messaged the host they said it must have to stolen. Meaning that the final run through of the apartment was not completed properly. It did end up being in a random closet that we had no idea to check. Also stains are on the couch, mirror is stretched or stained in bathroom and it just felt gross. Please see photos attached…

We were two families and rented both apartments. The location is quite central and convenient for commuting.

We were two families of four and rented both apartments. While the top-floor apartment was a decent size, the one on the second floor was very small. Additionally, the shower room definitely needs refurbishment—it's quite old, and honestly, in such a limited space, the presence of a bidet feels unnecessary.
