Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super für Besuche an der Biennale. In der Gegend gibt es alles was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht (Restaurant, Bar, Läden, Vaporetto Haltestelle usw.). Man ist nahe am Alltagsleben und fühlt sich wohl. Sara unsere Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A wonderful stay!!! We’ve enjoyed the apparent and the neighborhood so much.
We came for 3 days visit at the biennale and the location was perfectly strategic, 5 min walk to Giardini, 7 to Arsenale. For the satellite exhibitions we used vaporetto from the nearby Arsenale station 11 min walk from the apartment.
Our hostess Tha place was spotless clean and brand new, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and huge closets, a leaving-room and a kitchen with big refrigerator, espresso machine, dishwasher and even washing machine.
The neighborhood felt authentic with local bars and restaurants, supermarket and greengrocer, all that a step away but not too close so the apartment stayed quiet at the evenings.
Definitely would like to stay here again in the future.

Excellent spot! Very clean and well maintained apartment with great view. Wonderful, helpful and gracious host. Great recommendation for most delicious place to eat just 3 minutes away.

Très bel appartement, bien situé par rapport à la biennale, facile d accès, bien meublé. bien équipé
Peut être un peu plus de linge de toilette serait nécessaire, de meilleure qualité, équipement cuisine très bien, bonne literie.
