About this house rental
Situated in Maricopa, this lovely house for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful, PRIVATE, one level home with POOL AND JACUZZI! Fully furnished with all the comforts of home! Home has modern furnishings, a very "open" floor plan, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, high end tile floors and ceiling fans in every room. Your private back yard has a sparkling Pool and jacuzzi, a covered patio area that includes: outdoor speakers and seating table so you can relax while enjoying your favorite drink and watching friends swim! (or enjoying that morning cup of coffee). The outdoor table seats 6 people so you can enjoy your meals inside or out! There are plenty of lounge chairs to seat around the pool. In the evening the automated lighting system illuminates making the pool and yard very peaceful and serene. There is a beautiful Fire Pit area with chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the moment with friends or family! Backyard comes complete with Cornhole Game! Maricopa is just outside of Phoenix so you are never far from it all; museums, galleries, downtown Scottsdale, hundreds of golf courses, shopping, zoo, amusement park and race track. Also, the award winning golf course, The Duke, is in Maricopa! It was ranked #1 for the "Best new course in Arizona" by Travel Golf (2003) and #1 for "player friendly course in Phoenix/Scottsdale" by Golf Tips Magazine (2006) . This home is walking distance to the newly opened Copper Sky Recreational Park, which is fun for the entire family! There are pools, outdoor stocked fishing lakes, walking paths, workout facilities etc etc etc... Also, just down the road is the UltraStar Multi-entertainment Center! Here there are movie theatres, lazer park, restaurants and lots of activities!!! One of Arizona's largest casinos Harrah's is just "a" min. drive away!!! Maricopa is just 45 minutes drive from phoenix airport. Its close to EVERYTHING, and its very nice, safe and quiet! You may not want to leave! Living Room has a stereo system, Big screen TV and DVD player, Plenty of seating and very open floor plan for entertaining. Also Netflix and wireless wifi!!!! Office has a desk, desk top computer and printer available for your use! Kitchen is spacious and equipped with everyting you may need. Granite counter tops, spacious cupboards and countertops, (2) refrigerators with icemaker, blender and all the extras! The connecting dining room has a large table that seats 8. Master Bedroom has King Bed, flat screen TV . Large window and 9 ft sliding glass door that look out at the pool . Large Bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in closet, Jetted Jacuzzi Tub and stand alone shower. Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed Bedroom 3 has Queen Bed

What a wonderful time we had. This home, property, the back yard/patio/pool and especially the hot tub and the location was just excellent. The house had everything we needed. Communications with the property manager was quick and she was very attentive. I gave the cleanliness a four rating only because I had to do some cleaning when we arrived (fridge, oven, counters, floor) but really it wasn’t that bad. One of our best VRBO stays!!

This is the second time we’ve rented this property, very clean, Debbie is a great host & always accessible, This being our second time here it almost feels like a second home for us,

The cleaning between rentals was not very thorough (i.e. oven was dirty, coffee maker unusable, BBQ was not cleaned. Some needed maintenance was not done. The master shower door wouldn't close properly and was propped level with some packaging plastic. When we brought these and other issues to the attention of the owner the right thing was done and we were refunded.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom VBRO was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 9 year old granddaughter. There were several issues with the pool and hot tub; however, the situation was resolved to our satisfaction by Debbie, the premier host.

The house is great and our family really enjoyed the pool and open floor plan. The shuffle board table provided several hours of fun very competitive matches. The neighborhood and the nearby Copper Sky were great for walking. Cilantros Mexican Restaurant & Headquarters Cafe' were very good. We can' wait for our next trip back.

We stayed here with our four kids ages 11-17, the pool was amazing, they found a love of shuffleboard, and two fridges was a treat! Maricopa has tons of quick food options and the Copper Sky Park was a super short walk. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved our stay!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space. The heated pool was the best pool and hot tub that I have ever rented. Did not want to leave it. There is nothing to complain about. If I had to find any feedback, I would say the water pressure is low.

The property is amazing. The community very enlightening. Pool was great, Jacuzzi was fun when it finally worked. We still would come back for a 3rd time. Debbi was really responsive and supportive when the Jacuzzi and pool lights were not working.

This house was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful when there were questions. I was able to enjoy the pool everyday. Having the office was great to get some work done. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful property, definitely will come again… one suggestion for future renters is to go to the house first before going to the store, we went to the store first and when we got to the house realized there is SO much there that we didn’t need to buy.

This house was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful when there were questions. I was able to enjoy the pool everyday. Having the office was great to get some work done. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.
