About this house rental

Located in Maricopa, this charming house for $112 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. As you enter our subdivision, Rancho El Dorado, there is a large fountain and pond where you can sit and feed the ducks or stroll along the pathway. There is a playground area with covered picnic tables, basketball courts, and lots of green space. This can all be done under the massive 40’ tall palm trees. The house itself is approximately 1600 sq ft.3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow with an inground spa style pool with rock waterfall. New Granite throughout and decorative landscape. The Master bedroom boasts a King size pillow top bed with ensuite, huge walk in closet with shelving and hanging space. Our second and third bedrooms each have Queen Pillow top beds, dresser, a nightstand and ample closet space. The living room has brand new couch/ love seat, it also has a 55” flat panel television. Cable provides you with roughly 120 channels. There is seating for six at the kitchen table. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/stove/microwave and dishwasher. Laundry area has a brand new Maytag washer and dryer. One of the best features of this home is the backyard. It has a very large ingound pool. Pool is NOT heated but is around the temperature of 70F in the winter months and 90F for May –Oct. (Most people don’t use the pool in Dec/Jan/Feb. Thus we close it up for these months) There is plenty of pavement area in the backyard to enjoy it all year round, as well as a stainless steel BBQ. As our home is located within the Rancho El Dorado subdivision, which is minutes away from the “The Duke” golf course. The Duke ranked #1 “Best new Course in Arizona” Travel golf 2003. Play “The Duke” and other Ahwatukee courses for rates of $9-$55 with the new 2010 Gold Card. You have more than 50 courses only 30 minutes away from the house. Distances from our house: Phoenix Airport (PHX): 25 minutes, Grand Canyon: 4:00, Vegas 5:15, Los Angeles 6:00, Just 17 miles south of Chandler off Interstate #10 on Hwy. 347. Again, only 35 mi minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport or Mesa Gateway Airport. This Maricopa home welcomed us with an open floor plan that invited us to relax and begin our getaway. As we explored the different rooms, we were impressed with how clean and how well equipped the house is. The pool and outdoor area. are wonderful. We used the bbq grill, what a fun evening! We will be staying here again!

The home is well kept and was the perfect size for us. The pool was beautiful and the property manager was great. The pool man was always there as well, even the neighbor was nice to us. The owners were readily available and answered all my questions when needed. I will recommended, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

I rented this Vrbo for my sister and her family to stay while they visited us and overall she liked it. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was great. The only "issues" they had while staying there was the air, lol. but i think with the weather during their time of their stay was the issue, not the house or owner themselves. With the A/C, the thermostat read 75 degrees, but depending on what you were doing inside the house, it would get really hot. The people we rented from were very nice and friendly and would definitely rent this home again.

This home is as great as it looks. Plenty of room, clean, quiet, great neighborhood. Pool area is GREAT. We would recommend this home to anybody. We have family in area and will definitely stay in the future.

When my family travels staying in homes is much preferred from hotel stays. Everyone has their own space, comfortable beds, multiple showers, and full kitchen to help us take care of some of the meals. We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed for colder weather than we experienced. This home fit all of those perfectly.

Home away from home

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and setting. The home is a very nice residence and roomy enough for the 4 adults in our group. We also had local family come over to spend a day with us and the young one loved the pool and the waterfall. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and BBQing in the evenings. Everything needed is there, except your food. And the grocery store is only 10 mins away. Perfect vacation. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home this way. We hope to return.

My two children and I stayed here for a birthday getaway. The house was nice with plenty of space and the pool was wonderful! The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a great playground at the entrance.. The host was quick to reply when I had a couple of questions. Would stay here again, if ever in the area.

When I first entered, I was worried I was in the wrong place, that I was walking into an occupied house. It was a warming, and home like place. Clean, and comfortable. Directions were easy to understand. We enjoyed the Pool & BBQ. Would for sure stay here again. Thank you!!

The property was clean, all the amenities we needed where in the home. The fact that the propane tanks where full was a nice touch did not have to deal with ourselves. Beds where comfortable and bedding was clean. We thoughly enjoyed our 2 months in the home.

Dirty forgotten home

House was not cleaned - from previous renters. Frig and cupboards had half eaten food left - trash cans full. Both bathroom still had leftover hygiene items along with used tooth brushes. Pool not cleaned - some furniture broken and left thrown around cushions destroyed. When contacted homeowner said they had not been there in two years due to COVID travel restrictions and sent 1 lady to the house at 8 pm to clean. In the meantime we started to clean house ourselves,
