Welcome to OCEAN VISTA TOWERS #101, NEW LUXURY GROUNDFLOOR CONDO!! our family's NEW 3 bedroom/3 bath, beachfront condo in South Padre Island, Texas. Our CONDO is ALL NEW REMODELED (JANUARY 2019) tile, showers, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, furniture, decor, accessories, beds, ALL NEW! We have new WINDOWS, too (January 2023) Our condominium is ground floor in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach. Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom and living room. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very exclusive luxurious condominium, located 1.3 miles north of the bridge on the beachfront. You can walk only 1 block to Blue Marlin supermarket. It is a gated community with large inside parking lot, and we have COVERED PARKING, with a manager on site. Our condo is an excellent option, in the master bedroom we have a KING size bed, in the second bedroom we have 2 QUEEN beds, and in the 3rd bedroom we have 2 FULL beds. Also it has QUARTZ countertops and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a SMART TV 75" in living room (with cable). In MASTER BEDROOM a SMART TV 43" (no cable), in 2nd bedroom, we have a SMART TV 43" (no cable), and in 3rd bedroom also a SMART TV 43" (no cable). All tv with NETFLIX FOR FREE...... A washer and dryer machine inside the condo. Table sits 8 people at the dining table and in the kitchen bar we also have 4 seats. Bring your laptop, we have WI-FI internet service. The minimum stay required for long term in winter is 2 months This is a NO SMOKING condo and NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXTRA PEOPLE, NO PARTIES We have a large pool, a kiddie pool (heated) and also jacuzzi. You cant use BBQ GRILLS, only ELECTRIC GRILL

Lots of family activities on the beach. It was a great time to reconnect. The condo was perfect and it contributed to a great holiday experience.

We loved this condo! Already looking to stay again. The beach access is super close, loved having the oversized corner ground floor balcony right next to the pool. WiFi was great and supported multiple streaming devices. We will definitely be looking to come back. We have 4 kids so having the parking spaces right next to the door, and the ease of access to the beach made this the perfect spot for us. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is SUPER FIRM. So if you do not like a firm mattress bring a foam topper. Otherwise no complaints from us.

This property offered everything listed and so much more! The location is phenomenal, especially if you have older adults. The condo itself is top notch with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The amenities were fabulous! Easy beach access! We will be staying again sometime soon!

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect condo! Just a few steps from the pool and a very short walk down to the beach. This condo complex is extremely well-maintained. The pool is cleaned daily and sand is blown off the boardwalk daily. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, TVs in every bedroom and a comfortable and large living room. This is our third year to spend Fourth of July week at this condo and we plan to continue. I doubt you’ll find anything better on the island.

This condo is exactly as advertised & is great for a family: 3 bedrooms & 3 baths! The ground floor walkout is so easy & convenient and the pool is right out the door, inside a fence of course. Parking is also close to the condo which is wonderful for unloading & loading. Codes for the gates and wrist bands provided great security. Staff on the property was always present & so helpful, polite, nice and eager to help. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evenings & watching movies on the big screen TV. The only minor glitch was that my husband & I had planned to rent umbrellas & chairs during our visit because of limiting health issues. The rental guys down by Las Olas would not set up any umbrellas or chairs closer to Ocean Vista for us. Not sure if that was a miscommunication with the young man working but it would be helpful to have rental chairs & umbrellas available in front of Ocean Vista. Loved having the Coco Beach bar & grill close by for a yummy Turbo Pina Colada! This will definitely be our first pick for our next family vacay at SPI! Thanks for sharing it!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This condo complex is older than we expected and could use some updating and maintenance. The appliances are dated, and the mattresses are 'well used'. The kitchen
however, was very well stocked. There was a water leak in the shower ceiling of one of the guest rooms so we couldn't use it. The hot tub heater had to be replaced so that was unusable for an entire week, and the motor for the gated entrance also had to be replaced, which took 2 days. Ana was very responsive for each of these issues, but she couldn't help if the complex maintenance wasn't prepared for these emergency repairs. The complex maintenance should address that weakness.

The condo had plenty of room for everyone. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The decor is simple and nice. Everything was very comfortable. Everything we need was there. Kitchen had everything you need, they have board games, towels, ect. The location is excellent. A ground floor corner unit. Steps from the pool, hot tub, beach and parking. Close to town for food, shopping. We all had a wonderful time!

This unit was great! Ground floor, corner unit very quiet and well maintained. Kitchen was really well stocked and family room was very spacious. Thus unit has great pool and beach access just a few feet from the back door. We really enjoyed our stay! The beds are quite firm. I was fine, but others in our group said they woke up feeling very sore and had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise we have absolutely no complaints!

Overall lovely experience. We had a 2 and 3 year old with us. We enjoyed being on the ground floor right next to the pool area where there was even a pool for our littles. I loved waking up next to the gulf/beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our condo was very nice & clean, with the exception of the beds. Very hard, like sleeping on the box springs. We had to go buy foam pads to pad the bed. Then was able to sleep a little more comfortable. Close to the beach with excellent access. Had a great time.

Great Beach Getaway
WE LOVED THIS PLACE! I've rented in South Padre many times and this is one of my favorite places. The unit has been completely remodeled with great finishes and really tasteful decor. The ground floor location and quick access to the beach is outstanding. Ana was a great host and extremely responsive to any requests or questions. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. You'll be happy you stayed.

The condo was clean and had all of the room we needed for 6 adults and two children. The only two items that I would report is that the beds were not comfortable and had hard mattresses. I would also leave a leaflet of instructions on setting up at the beach for new guests coming in. You can't set up a tent until 9am and need to stay away from the resident area. I got a warning citation from a compliance guard for setting up at 8:57am. Other than that the stay was great and enjoyable.
