This year marks the second year that i lost one of my adult children and every year since my children were young we take a family trip to the island. Now is more important to me to continue that tradition. Although the important part of the house was on the second floor the stairs were quite manageable even for this 61 year old grandma….lol. The privacy of the pool was the deciding factor of renting this townhouse and it didn’t disappoint. Pool was crystal clean and clear. Access to beach was right across the street. Accommodates a large family like ours and we had a great time. Anyone looking for a spacious, clean house this is the one for your family.

The townhouse was clean, with plenty amenities, lots of upgrades, in a good safe area close to everything, but it was a tight squeeze sleeping 7 adults.

My family stayed here for a weekend and it was great. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Stocked with the essentials. Disposal and ice maker didnt work but we managed. House was clean. Garage has sand toys for kids ao you dont have to buy them. Smart tvs in each room and living room. There were also 2 lawn chairs available for use which was nice. The couch in living room is a sectional so you can connect it for another availbale sleeping area. Overall this home was all we needed it to be. We enjoyed our stay!

A good time was had by all. The only time I felt the need to contact the owner it ended up being a Spectrum internet outage in the area. The check in issue was me being stupid and not seeing the code box on the garage.

This place was perfect for my daughters bachelorette weekend. It was spacious and really enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Upon first look it might not look like much but this place is so nice, very clean upon entering and everything was in order, 3 rooms 2 down stairs and 1 up stairs with the kitchen and living room, pool was amazing along with the grill and jacuzzi. Overall will definitely be renting here again next time

My family and I loved the townhouse...
My nephews were ecstatic about the swimming pool and jacuzzi... The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities... Hostess Laura Garcia was just a phone call, text message or email away should any problems arise... We had no problems during our stay...My family and I will definitely make a return trip!!!

This place is great! The house is exactly as described, super convenient with the beach a few steps away and the supermarket half a block away. It was clean, with all the essentials, and great features like the pool, ping pong table and bikes!

What an Awesome experience..This was way better than I could have imagined …great location, clean, private pool ..a jacuzzi….and 3 minute walk from the beach….grocery store and a liquor store less than a 5 minute walk away …We had a great family experience.

Really enjoyed our 1st visit to S. Padre Island, after living in Texas for nearly 50 years. We had a couple of minor check-in issues with the password on the entry keypad and connecting to the router but the site owner was at the ready to resolve our questions.
The unit is tastefully decorated inside and my wife especially appreciated the cleanliness of it. Location is great for many of the best restaurants on the island, as were able to use a rented golf cart for most outings.
The building exterior and exterior doors could use some work but that did not negatively impact our stay. The neighbors choice to tie-up their French Bulldog on a rope 24/7 was a bit disconcerting as a pet lover.

Property was just steps from the beach and basically everything nearby. Private pool was a little dirty with sand but was other wise perfect for a swim. Only downside was the stairs, they are very steep and kitchen and master suite are on 2nd floor. Will definitely be back for the location though.

We really enjoyed our stay, place was very clean, comfortable living/kitchen area, perfect for family game nights. Loved being able to see fireworks from balcony! Kids enjoyed the pool and having their space in garage to play ping pong. Perfectly located near beach, we’d definitely rent again!

Laura communicated well and responded promptly. Our stay was good with ping pong and our own private pool. The house is super close (short walk) to a beach access, Marlin's grocery store, and a liquor store. The house is spacious and perfect for the 8 of us. Hanging out up top or at the pool were our favorite spots.

My husband and I booked this for our family. It is directly across the street from beach access. Beach was not overly busy. Pool is small but perfect for playing and floating. Watched fireworks from balcony. Stairs can be tiring if you have physical limitations. We enjoyed our stay and Laura was easy to communicate with.

There were a few small issues on arrival, but Laura was super helpful and had everything taken care of quickly! The stairs are no joke if you plan on coming and going a lot or have bad knees. We had a great time. We enjoyed the balconies, pool and location.
