Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee. Relax and unwind in this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Island Retreat! 132 E. Kingfish is located just steps away from South Texas's most beautiful beaches and is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife! This floor plan offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests (max occupancy 12) perfect for family gatherings or a large group of friends. The Master Bedroom entails a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and large master bathroom with a spa jacuzzi tub and convenient his and her sinks. Guests have the choice between 3 additional bedrooms. The first features a twin bed and is accessed through the Master bedroom only. The second guest room entails a Full size futon and 2 twin beds (bunks). The 3rd guest room has a Queen size bed and standard futon. Bring your favorite recipes to enjoy in the fully stocked kitchen, containing pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. You'll be able to enjoy a spacious living room, with a flat screen TV, and easy access to the upstairs balcony where you can relax outside in South Padre Island's unique tropical climate! Guests can enjoy the partial ocean views and fireworks from both the front and back balconies! The large oversized driveway allows guests to park up to 5 vehicles at this vacation rental and the property also have a garage. Everything Was Great In Our Stay Provided Us With Enough Supplies For Everything The Place Was Clean All Family Happy Will Defenetly Be Back !!

The house is nice. The floors are badly done. Every bed was so hard. We could not sleep comfortably. One bed is a thin cushion on futon bars, horrible.
One bedroom is actually then size of a jail cell. 1 twin bed fits and that's it, it should say 3 bedroom.

The house was awesome everything we needed was there , beds were great showers make sure you use the jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Waking distance toy the beach was great everything was near by. Had an awesome time!

Were excited to arrive. First the house was not given to us til 20 minutes later. We were ok since we walked to the beach because it was super close. The cleaning crew said they would be back to pick up the trash because the trash can was full, that never happened. They left the bottom room really wet and my child had a bad fall, was furious over that. The house needs repairs. Was told that the repair man would come by to fix it. The kitchen counter under the sink was missing a whole cover. The kitchen had small roaches. While I was cooking they were coming out from under the stove. Was really grossed at that. There were roaches in the restrooms and the kitchen floor. The master bedroom closet doors were broken, the restroom toilet paper holder was broken, the shower water handle was missing a knob to turn the water to hot or cold which was hard to turn. The hallway closet door was also broken. There were cables on the corners in the living room and bedroom. The outside patio deck by the kitchen was loose. We felt unsafe walking on the deck because it's rotten. Don't expect to have a good night sleep because the mattresses were horrendous. The master bedroom mattress felt like cardboard. It squeaked every time you moved, solid card board. The other rooms had very thin mattresses. They were no extra covers or blankets so bring your own. They did have towels, one for each, no extras. The backyard grass needed to be cut so on the Monday when we're packing the yard guy shows up. I rented the house because the first reviews talked highly of it but I wouldn't stay there again for that price.

Great location. Just around beach access 9.Walking distance to supermarket and some great restaurants. In the garage, we found several boogie boards and sand buckets for the kids which was a great help!

Great Stay
Great weekend stay with no problems. Fast and easy check in and check out. Most things were provided like towels, linens, detergent, and much of the basics. Will stay again since it's just a block away from the beach.

A wonderful house for our survey efforts this fall, which we fully enjoyed. It's clean, a nice layout and convenient to all town. As always, Will and the whole SPI Rentals team did an excellent job and were very helpful!

Great house, but not the beds
Location is as good as you can get ! This was a great house for a group of six, but bring your own pillows and blankets. Get really tired before going to bed! 😄
Everything was really clean. The kitchen is not stocked with any coffee, salt snd pepper, or anything like that.

This is a great location for a close walk to the beach. The air condition works very well. The garbage disposal was clogged when we got there but when I called the office they sent maintenance right away and they fixed it. The beds are not comfortable at all. It was pretty difficult to sleep and we woke up with a lot of back pain. I thought the frame was going to fall apart every time I barely moved. The pillows and the matresses were stained and there was hair in the sheets when we got there. We called the office and they came with clean sheets right away. There was a gigantic roach in the bedroom downsrairs but i guess thats might be expected at the beach. The water heater was not very hot. The refrigerator door opens facing the wall and not toward the kitchen. That was awkward. Also the microwave turntable did not work. The diswasher is not screwed in properly and comes out on the right side. The toaster oven does not work properly and tears up the bread and pieces fall through it. Also you cannot read numbers in the stove to know if it is high low or on because it is electric. Other than all of that we had a nice time because we were with our family and friends. But i do not think it was worth the price at all. Now if they were to replace the stained pillows and put comfortable matresses then it would have been worth the price and they could actually say it is luxurious but it was not. The house was nice but the comfort was under average.
