About this house rental
Get ready for a great vacation in this beach block home. Enjoy the water views from the 2nd floor enclosed porch while relaxing on one of the couches or enjoying a meal with friends. This newly re-decorated house is bright and airy with a touch of blue to compliment the hardwood flooring and white walls. Truly a gem that will be hard to leave when your vacation ends...
This home is available for shorter stays in the off-season (3 night minimum). Ask your agent for details and rates.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
The property does not accept pets.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed. Great for extended family coming together in one place. We liked the garage fridge and were able to use some of the pool toys. The AC worked very well and was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we arrived which we were not able to get immediate assistance for, but thankfully we were able to reset it. There were also small ants in the kitchen.

The property description was accurate and the house was comfortably furnished. The location was great and checking in and out was easy. Had a problem with the hot water heater and the problem was resolved very quickly. We would stay there again.
