Fabulous Fabulous place. Very Close to the main street in Oak Bluffs Circuit Ave Great breakfast I cannot say a bad thing about this place and location

The gracious, helpful staff, the peaceful atmosphere and the porch, proximity to good food, scenery, and Sunday service at Union Chapel.

Architecture was lovely & the room was comfortable! My tall husband however had to be careful not to bump his head on the angled ceiling from sleeping to sitting area :)

Location, Location, Location Within walking distance of Circuit Av, Inkwell Beach and Union Chapel Many items that guests can use - yoga mats, beach chairs, etc Snacks at sunset on weekends -wine, cheese, cake, more cake!

Recommend a small smart TV in the room Definitley need a full length mirror in the room, even if it's just on one of the doors There is a window over the door and the hall light is on all night -- suggest curtains on that window that guest can pull

The property is historic and beautiful, spectacularly well located for Circuit Ave, the bluffs, the beach, the ferry. Linens were clean and towels replenished each day. Breakfast is complimentary offering baked goods, fruit, yoghurt, juices coffee, fresh to order eggs and waffles

I love the history of the place but that does not counter the fact that the house is dilapidated, and needs a significant refurb and lots of TLC. Everything is over worn, the furnishings etc are dirty, the place smells mouldy, my pillow smelt sour, it feels damp. Even the air coming through the air con smelt of ammonia as the filters have clearly not been replaced / cleaned. It is kinda sad to see the place so run down as it could and should be warm and homely - it was not. It felt a bit like a backpackers hostel. Staff are clearly either tired or ambivalent - not sure which but generally unsmiling, just existing. We introduced ourselves, acknowledged with a nod, I would have anticipated some reciprocation. A distinct lack of joy coming from staff throughout our 2 day stay
