We loved our room and the view, both were beautiful!

We missed having a coffee maker in the room but we had a one serving Keurig with us because we had read that there are no coffee makers in the rooms

It was a spectacular location with a beautiful view, spacious nicely appointed room and beautiful infinity pool

I have never been treated so rudely in all my 60 years of extensive travel by the staff. We checked out on time and went to the pool (there was literally 1 other woman there in a pool with 20 lounge chairs). The day before rained all day so I wanted a little pool time. I assumed that was ok because we weren’t told it wasn’t and I’ve never been to a hotel where they didn’t let you use the facilities after checkout. They sent a rude employee to the pool and said the owner said he had to vacate the premises as tho we were intentionally overstaying. I went to front desk and told her I was unaware that we were not allowed to use the pool and never heard of a policy like that and she also was extremely rude and instead of thanking us for staying and sorry that was their policy and that we weren’t told of the policy she rudely told us to leave as well. The worst staff ever. I was going to write the best review and instead this treatment upset me for half of my day.
