ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT
Spacious family beach/holiday house perched on Geographe Bay with stunning water views and no road to cross to get to the beach.
Only minutes from Dunsborough town centre and a leisurely drive to the many vineyards and restaurants in the Margaret River wine region.
The crystal clear water in front of the house is calm and generally shallow - perfect for kids.
Features include:
- Water views from living areas / kitchen/ master bedroom / Bedroom 2 upstairs
- North facing balcony and living areas
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs, fans downstairs
- Glass front wood fire
- 2 living rooms both with TVs and Netflix
- Free WiFi
- Bunk room for the kids
- Dogs permitted (maximum 2 dogs, dog door to fit medium / golden retriever sized dogs)
- Linen hire available at additional cost (quote on request) or BYO
The house is perfect for families, including multi-generational families. We do not rent to leavers or student groups.

Bedroom 4 downstairs: 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids or 2 kids & 2 adults).
Built in robes in all bedrooms.
Open plan kitchen / living / dining room with reverse cycle air conditioning.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 2 full size fridges, pantry, Nespresso machine, toasted sandwich maker, Mixmaster, blender, food processor.
Upstairs lounge/dining room: Dining table seats 8 - 10, comfortable couches, wood fire, 55 inch Smart TV (free Netflix and other streaming services)
Downstairs lounge room: Couch, 50 inch Smart TV
Bathroom/laundry downstairs with separate toilet.
Washing machine, dryer and clothes line.

Wonderful stay! The house was super well equipped and felt very homey. We were two families including adult children and the space was perfect. Great views from every room, easy access to the beach, a nice walk in to town and very comfy living spaces. Would love to come back!!

Welcome host, the most amazing beach house - low key and easy, whilst being quintessentially beachside style! The location and layout of the house was exceptional. We had the most relaxing holiday and are so very grateful to Karen!
