The house is located 3 mi from the sandy Gulf beaches and minutes from shopping, dining, and golfing as it is situated in quiet residential neighborhood; however, it is not in a gated community, yet very close to the center of Bonita Springs. The house is an older property, but well maintained with fully equipped kitchen, and open living space to provide a comfortable and peaceful vacation. The large private Lanai opens to caged heated swimming pool and back yard with mango trees (fruits are typically ripe in June/ July). The house sleeps 6, the master bedroom has one king size bed, and two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin size beds. It is ideal for “snow birds” in winter, families with school- aged children (however, not recommended for babies toddlers due to the pool depth and no shallow end: the pool depth is 3.5- 5 feet), or 2 or 3 couples as it’s a perfect vacation spot year round. Small pets are also welcome (per additional agreement); however, the yard is not fenced. The house is just 20 miles from the Southwest Florida International airport. The two nearby beaches: Barefoot Beach and Lovers' Key have won several awards as US top beaches. In the garage you can find many beach toys and also a good quality canoe with paddles and paddle boards, which will allow you to explore backwater mangrove trails. Non- smoking only.
