Pool area has lounge chairs and tiki hutts. Charcoal grill on property. We have beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets and tennis balls for your use and plenty of games in the unit! We are located close to many attractions! If you don’t want to drive, hop the trolly and take a ride up and down the island! Trolly stop is just steps away! Eat in or dine out! We have everything needed to make your meals plus there are many great restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive! Guest provide their own meals. Washer and dryer in unit. Cable TV including premium channels, telephone with free local and long distance in unit. FREE 5G WiFI! Pack & Play and Highchair available for use. Parking on site! Unlike many condo’s in the area, you will have 2 parking spaces available for your stay! NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IN UNIT. My husband and I have traveled extensively with and without our children! This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities. It is exactly as described and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor grills are newer and in excellent condition as well. Tracy was very responsive and an excellent host.

Loved this well stocked condo. Tracy, the owner, was very informative and offered great recommendations for dining. Location couldn't be beat. We've always stayed in Madeira Beach and we loved the convenience to restaurants. Will be staying again.

This was our first time coming to the area and we will definitely be back to stay here. The condo layout was perfect for traveling with little ones. The proximity to the beach and pool could not have been more perfect. The hosts were so friendly and thoughtful when leaving baby items for us to use during our stay. 10/10. This unit has everything you could possibly need. Clean, comfortable, and the location/proximity to the beach is unmatched. Pool was clean and the grounds were always being maintained. Tracy was a gem and I am dying to go back! Did I mention the views?! Spectacular.

We stay in tons of VRBOs and always have a tough time renting a unit or house that has it all. No longer can say that with this property. It was exactly what we needed, wanted and didn't think of. My husband and I are locals however need to getaway frequently. We have now found the perfect condo, directly on the beach, huge balcony to relax at for the sunsets which are amazing. All things thought of in the condo for beach fun from chairs, to games, to sunscreen, you name it and you have it. Easy check in and out process- really can't say enough about the condo, location, amenities,etc. Absolutely no complaints other than a more updated TV so that you can stream. We did hook up with our computers however would be nice not to have to do that. However 10 out of 10 recommend this place.We will definitely stay againi and soon....have already sent the info to a bunch of our friends whom are looking for this exact setup as well.Thank you for a great stay- see you soon

Fantastic location, beach, heated pool, and view. Tracy is a great communicator and when we told her we had a seven month old told us about the extra toys she has for little ones. Lots of goodies for the beach so no need to pack all that or buy for single trip use. Love that this place has two primary bedroom suites, I think a rare feature for when multiple couples are staying. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great place at a great price you found it! Kitchen is nicely equipped. Beds are comfy and the condo is nicely furnished and clean. The balcony comfortably seats 6 and the beachfront view is perfect! Host was quick to reply to questions and very easy to work with. We will be back!

My sisters and I had an absolute wonderful stay here. The pictures didn’t capture the beauty of the view and comfort of the home. I have stayed many places and this had everything we needed! Tracy was so responsive to my questions and provided very good instructions for check in and pool/beach/tennis court access. The beach was perfect and love that there were beach toys and chairs. Absolute perfection!!

I have been vacationing with four other High School friends for several years now and this was THE BEST PLACE we've stayed at so far! It is spacious, exceptionally clean, has every amenity needed, is in an awesome location (with a private beach), and an ocean view that cannot be beat! It's awesome!! This condo was perfect in so many ways from the moment you walked in the door and looked down the hallway to a beautiful ocean view! This condo has everything you need as many other reviews have mentioned. Location was perfect, 20 minutes to Clearwater and 20 minutes to St. Pete Beach area and downtown.
