We decided to not wait until something happened to get the family together and we thought a VRBO for the 12 of us and one dog would be lovely. We planned all of 2023 to meet in Palm Desert and flew in from CO, OH and the CA bunch drove to the location.
We needed many bedrooms and this location was perfect, including the casita for my brother in law and his pooch.
From the moment everyone arrived, we used the pool and hot tub, fire pit and outdoor areas. The kids (23, 21x2, 20, and 16) loved the layout and of course the pool, hot tub and game room.
The adults (ages withheld ;-) enjoyed being together and having places to go for quiet time or a nap. The kitchen was perfect with the exception of a missing wheel on the dishwasher rack that made loading/unloading the machine challenging. Aside from that, we didn't want for anything.
When we arrived we made a note of items that needed attention and sent a note to the property team. They responded quickly and fixed a few items and took out the trash which was jammed from the previous renters.
Kevin was the technician and he was very attentive in fixing a broken chair, goofy electrical issue with the outdoor bar and tried to find a wheel for the dishwasher. We appreciated his diligence.
The only thing we could see that needed some attention was a spray paint on the outdoor stools as the bottom of the legs were rusty. This was cosmetic only.
The location was easy to get to and there were grocery stores within a 5 minute radius.

A walkthrough of management before our arrival could have caught a lot. For example: trash in the garage, a kitchen burner wasn’t working, nor some bbq burners not working. No kitchen towels. However, whenever we called management, they were wonderful. We did love every single minute we were together at Cancun property. Thank you.

The property itself is beautiful. However there were things that should have been addressed and fixed prior to guest arrival. Our outside trash from a previous guest stay was never emptied prior to our arrival. Many things that did not work. Outside lights on the side of the house, 1 burner on the stove did not work, and the spa did not work for 5 of our 10 day stay. Not enough towels ( no linen closet ). 2 wash towels per bathroom is not enough for such a large home. And finally if this is going to be advertised like hotel living with white bedding and white towels it should be clean. Our master bedroom bedding was stained.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was large with enough beds and bedrooms to accommodate a big group. Because the weather was not ideal, the spa and games room got lots of use. The management company was very responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Overall, our experience was positive although the house could use a little extra TLC overall.

There are so many things to do at this property but we especially liked the fire pit, heated pool and spa. Great outdoor area and huge dining table for cards. The property manager was very attentive for the few issues we had. Would highly recommend

My children, spouses and grandchildren all were very comfortable in this big house. Everyone shared cooking and enjoying the pool. Great fire pit and outdoor games along with the indoor game room. We were happy to be able to bring our dog. Such an easy yard to enjoy and lots of shade outside. The pool man came each morning and cleaned the pool. Easy house to get to and Ralphs and Costco very close by.

Visit the weekend of September 10 through the 12. Beautiful house, exceeded our expectation. Plenty of room. Would definitely book again. The only disappointment was the backyard was filthy, and the pool was super dirty. It had been raining off and on that week, would’ve appreciated someone doing a walk-through prior to our check-in being that it had been raining during the week. Backyard has an area full of sand, with the rain and the winds that was not a great combination. Some guests did not go in the pool as they were disgusted.

Our family has been renting homes in the Palm Springs area for quite a few years and sadly, this was our worst experience. This home leaves a lot to be desired. First off, we arrived to dirty bedding piled on top of the Casita bed. After waiting an hour for a response to our text regarding needing housekeeping, I finally called and was told somebody would be sent out. They did come and took care of that issue but then the shower in the room with 2 beds was dirty, had not been cleaned at all with hair all in it, and one of those beds looked as if they just made the bed with the same dirty bedding. There was visible dirt as though a pet or small child was trying to climb on the bed with dirty feet/hands/paws. The whole house really needs a deep cleaning. The house is in disrepair. It just needs some maintenance. The master toilet is not working properly. We had to go into the tank every single time we used it to get it to fill. The handles on 2 of the shower stalls are wonky. The handle leading from the garage into the house, literally came off in my hand when I was going into the house. The pool was green. We own a pool so we know it wasn't dirty, the PH just needed to be adjusted but it shouldn't look like that upon arrival. And just a very strange thing-the rooms and bathrooms have no locks. People can just walk right in. That was something I hadn't ever experience.
This is an annual Christmas gift to our kids and we paid a lot of money to be disappointed. It could be a really great house. The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. There's plenty of room and the backyard is situated very nicely with the games, bar and cabanas. I just wish it had been clean and maintained. If we could be assured those 2 things would be done, we'd be happy to come back.

Perfect Family Getaway!
We just stayed at this house and had an amazing time! We traveled down from the PNW with 6 adults and 5 kids and everyone had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy and the space was great for our group. We had a great time lounging by the pool and playing games with the kids in the yard.

Great escape!
We had a great stay at this property! We did have issues with the AC and one of the showers, but the management company responded quickly and had their technician come right away. The pool and backyard area were our favorite parts of the house. It was also very spacious to accommodate our party. We can’t wait to rent again!

The game room was an awesome touch, each of us got stuck at the Pac-Man machine several times a day trying to beat the others score. The beds were actually very comfortable! You never know what to expect when it comes to beds, but we all slept great. Honestly, the only complaints I really have are (1) the backyard wasn’t entirely cleaned from the previous tenants and (2) on the second day of our trip we began receiving what seemed to be automated messages about noise complaints that were unwarranted as my family was indoors that day due to the heat. When I finally requested that I speak to someone regarding the false claims, I was thanked for my response and told I’d be redirected elsewhere. Never heard from anyone after that. It just made things uncomfortable for the day, but we were able to enjoy the rest of our time regardless.

WORST VACATION RENTAL EVER
STAY AWAY!!!!! This was the WORST vacation rental ever!!!!!!. We all had a horrible experience with this property. We have been renting houses for the fourth of July weekend every year for the last 10 years but this was by far the filthiest house we have encountered in the Palm Springs/Indio area. First, the entire house was so dirty that we had to go to Costco to buy bed sheets not only for the beds but for the living room couches. My group was so terrified, they wouldn't sit anywhere without covering them first with sheets. There were unknown feces all over the house. None of the bathrooms had locks. We had to create "Busy" signs and post them on every bathroom door or a family member would have to stand guard when another family member was using the bathrooms. The toilets were not working. We had to open the toilet tops and manually flush them and the toilets made all sorts of very loud noises. We had to call a plumber to the house. He came the first day and said there were broken parts so he had to come out the next day to fix them but never did. The pool was filthy dirty. We called a pool cleaner three times in three days. Overall, my guests were all complaining and wanted to leave the first day but since we had paid so much money, we decided to stay. BAD CHOICE to say the least....Two closets in the master bedroom were turned into bedrooms which felt like you were in a jail cell. I can go on and on but I would advise everyone to look elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The house is just like the photos, but with considerable wear and tear from being a rental. It fit our family needs nicely, and we had a great time. There was room for everyone to have some quiet time as well as for all of us to gather. I would definitely rent this house again.The home guide book on site needs to be updated as does the Vrbo description as many things have changed, and are different than the directions on site, and the pictures on Vrbo. I’m happy to give management a list of these discrepancies. We had to text a few times about questions/issues and we got a prompt response. That was helpful.Overall I would recommend this place for your family getaway or group rental.

Nice getaway
Sweet vacation home-like getaway during quarantine. Spacious with nice decor. Property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. So much to do indoors and outdoors. Only complaint would be that most of the beds were way too soft. Otherwise, would probably come back with family.

The house was large enough for our 2 families to share and everyone had enough space. However, they house and property needs a lot of work. There were blinds broken, none of the umbrellas work, all but 2 lounge chairs were broken, one of the cornhole boards was broken, the washing machine doesn’t have a knob so you need to guess when you do a wash. The kitchen also needs to be re-stocked (there should be more measuring cups than just 1/3 cup, a hand juicer would be nice, and basic cooking supplies). Overall we had a really fun time, but we kept thinking “this house needs some tender-loving-care”.
