For those who prefer the nocturnal allure, the fire pit offers a cozy sanctuary, where stories and marshmallows are toasted under a starlit sky. With six lavish bedrooms, each a realm of comfort and elegance, restful nights are a promise. For the eco-conscious traveler, a Tesla charger stands ready. Meanwhile, culinary aficionados will find their muse in the chef's kitchen, pizza oven, equipped with high-end appliances, and ample space to create gastronomic masterpieces. Where You'll Be Staying♥ → Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, 1 Queen size convertible sofa sleeper. → Bedroom 2: 2 Queen bed → Bedroom 3: 1 King bed, 1 Twin size sofa sleeper. → Bedroom 4: 1 Twin over King with Twin trundle bunk bed → Bedroom 5: 1 Queen bed → Bedroom 6: 1 Bunk Bed (Twin Size) ♦House Rules♦ 1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. 2. Respect the house and report all damages 3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. No horizontal parking. The house can hold up to 5 cars. (Parking: 2 in the garage, and 3 in the driveway) 4. No parties or events are allowed 5. No smoking allowed on the premises 6. Must be 21 years old to book 7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged 8. ID Verification Check 9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes 10. Max guest count: 16 guests during both the day and night. 11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations 12. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box ♥ By the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 16 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests. ♥ ♥Additional amenities (with Fee) to inquire about♥ → Pool and spa heating ($150/NT pool & SPA or SPA only $75/NT) → Pet Occupancy($300/pet) → Chef service Event decorations (birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties) → Daily Dishes and Kitchen clean up after meals (inquire about pricing) → Catering ♥A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating.♥ ♥Other additional information♥ → Max guests (total): 16 (including kids) → Max pets: 3 → Min Age: 21 → Kids/Children Allowed
