Nestled in Kelleys Island, this attractive house for $160 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our cottage home is a family-oriented, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home built in 2000. It will sleep 6 comfortably with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The living spaces include a large living room, dining room with a dining table that seats 6, a full service kitchen, a den and a large 12' x 40' screened in back porch with ample seating for conversation and a large table that seats up to 10. We are located on a quiet street 1.3 miles east of the ferry dock. The driveway will hold two trucks plus boat trailers side by side. We have many amenities to ensure a happy, relaxing vacation at a home you will want to return to year after year! * Must be 25 years of age to register. Sorry, no pets. We are unable to accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties. Amenities: bed and bath linens central air/heating 6 ceiling fans full service kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils tv with antenna and dvd player dvd library stereo with cd library gas grill washer/dryer screened in porch with seating and dining area miscellaneous books/games/toys fire ring high chair playpen beach access at the end of our street, 0.4 miles from the house (current water level too high for beach access.) Items you will need to bring: groceries toiletries beach towels/blankets laundry detergent

As always a extraordinary clean home with ample parking for two trucks and boats. Highly recommended location, Sara and Mike are great hosts , this was our fourth year there and it gets harder and harder every year to leave for home. Can’t wait until next year

We have stayed here for several years now. It is is a quiet area with nice neighbors. Short drive to anywhere on the island. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and to relax quietly in different areas of the house. The back porch is a great hangout. Thanks again to the owners for years of memories.

We enjoyed the inside of the property, but the outside including the screened-in porch could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs etc. The beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. When I booked the stay, I didn’t realize there was a golf car and we weren’t permitted to use. It was confusing about what we were to do with the garbage. One place in the instructions it said to put it in the garbage can at the end of driveway and in another place it said for us to dispose of it. We would rent it again. Loved being right on the island

We love Kelleys have been here many times. Hiking, beaches, bicycling, there are lots of family oriented things to do. Our rental was quiet and close to everything. It was as described with lots of amenities. The porch was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and very private.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our trip to Kelly’s Island! Here are the Pros and Cons we found at this particular VRBO: Pros: - showers/toilets and beds were clean - back porch was an amazing place to relax - plenty of parking - quiet street - yard was nicely kept - fire ring area was a nice feature - although we didn’t read or play any games, it’s nice they offered plenty of books and games - appreciated the recommendations of places to see on the island Cons: -diningware was dirty (some of which had been put away in the cupboard dirty) - crumbs on the seats (couches/armchairs and dining chairs) - floors were not swept/vacuumed - the soaking tub had some sort of drip stains, we didn’t feel comfortable using it - tables, counters, and fridge were sticky and dirty; we ended up wiping down most of the kitchen to feel comfortable - coffee machine was covered in grease and had old grounds - wood pile was not as advertised in the pictures (almost all the wood was gone and what was left was covered by brush and some poison ivy) - some of my family members felt the beds were uncomfortable

This property was exactly as listed and exactly what we were looking for! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the screened in porch was the perfect place for us to relax and chat each evening. This was the first time we have invited friends to the island for our annual trip and the house was the the perfect size for our group. The owners were very pleasant to communicate with. We definitely plan to stay here again!

We were unable to access the television. Two of the lamps did not have working knobs. They were frozen. By the time we left, the back door lock could not be opened. I had to pound the key in and use pliers to get it out. We could not find any games that were complete; we created a set of dominoes by adding spots to other tiles, the bathtub between the two bedrooms did not have a working hot water faucet.

We really loved staying at this property, close to downtown but situated on a quiet residential street. Great working air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen and a very cozy atmosphere. The tub in the main bathroom was so luxurious to us! The large screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or listening to the rain and thunder. Property owners were there to answer any questions on the phone and welcoming.

We stayed 3 days on Kelleys Island. The property was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and affordable. We spent most of our time checking out Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay, so our time on the property was basically sleeping, showering and preparing some meals. Surprisingly, food and drink on the island was very affordable. Overall, we would stay on the property again.

The house with a screened in porch on the back the full length of the house is an Island treasure! We had a nicely paced week and were able to relax in this wonderful home each day when we were done with our Island adventures. We love Kelleys Island and love this house. We highly recommend it.
