Considering the price,. it's a decent 3-star restaurant. Pretty straightforward room. Not so small. Staff is normal, nothing special: passport --> pay ---> key
The airco has had its best days and gets quite noisy if you want a quiet sleep. A small trashcan in the living room isn't too much to ask. I made friends with a cockroach. The mattress is a typical Vietnamese sturdy mattress.

Quite place to stay away from the Main Street noise
There’s is no electronic payment PayPass option and should be more signage to inform regarding laundry options

the room smelled like cigarette smoke, probably coming from the vent in the bathroom. It would be the reason for me not booking again.
also very thin walls. You basically here everything happening in the other rooms and on the hallway which woke me up.
