Great location
Staff is friendly throughout
There’s no room cleaning but if you go and ask the team for eg. new toilet paper or fresh towels they happily hand it over to you.

The property is close to the SECC D7, nice and quite neighbour with many restaurants and coffee shops
The staffs were never there, you always have to ring a bell and wait if you need to talk to someone. The room was ok with big window but the building is dirty. The A/C is barely working and the bathroom is horrible. Everything is moldy and dirty like nobody clean it, a dead gecko stuck at the doorframe since forever. You have to take a shower in a super bathtub which is very slippery whenever you walk out of it.
