Hot water. Good A/C. Great location.
1. Smoking in lobby by hotel staff. 2. Inconsistent cleaning. Must ask every day.

My group enjoyed our stay, i will give 100% approval especially the customer service ( Loy) he did a really great job. Easy to connect, speak in english, he is very amiable. The room is Ok, aircon, fan..will come back to Anh Duy hotel soon. Thank you for having us.
The mini ref is not clean- anyway i never use it, i just saw it and open .This is for future customers.

Location. Nice deluxe room with a view on 9th floor. Staff was nice and accommodating. 1st floor room that was offered for quiet night was just that. Quiet.
9th floor would get blasted by the club bass next door until 4am. Both 9th and 1st floors had awkward showers that spilled water everywhere.
