Right in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao, everything is just steps away – food, nightlife, coffee shops!!! Staff super friendly, always smiling, helped me with everything from taxis to local tips. Room was clean, comfy, AC strong (bless!!). Totally coming back!!

I had a deluxe room, which had a balcony, with a view of the neighbors' apartments. We were asked to take off our shoes at the entrance to the hotel, so a strong point of the hotel is cleanliness
The hotel is located on a street perpendicular to Buen Viet street, so until 5 am we heard music from the bars on this street. The dining room is located in the lobby of the reception.

Good location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay
Had to carry my luggage up 5 flights of stairs. I am a 60 year old grandfather and I have to say that was hard work carrying a 20 kg suitcase up a tights stairwell for 5 floors. No lift. Chair in room only had 3 working legs. A bar was right above my room and staff where moving furniture around at 2am. That went on for about 30 minutes. It was not possible to sleep as they were dragging furniture across the floor. Shower didn't work properly. Was booked in for 11 days. Left after 1 night. Staff were understanding about me wanting to leave.
