Comodità, pulizia e ottima posizione!

Ottima posizione (di fronte alla stazione dei treni Ostiense), camera pulita e molto comoda. Presente anche un bel terrazzo.

Non è presente un frigobar.

Primeiramente, o facto dos funcionários estarem constantemente a pressionar para saber a hora que chegamos causou-nos constante ansiedade, pois em viagem são dados sempre complicados de fornecer. Ao chegar ao local fomos muito bem atendidos pela funcionária que foi muito simpática, quando entrámos no quarto percebemos que não era idêntico as fotos estava muito degradado, ao abrir a porta a maçaneta caiu automaticamente, o kit de higiene deixado para nós foi uma dúzia de saquetas de shampoos apenas e para finalizar logo quando ligamos o duche o chuveiros desmontou-se e não dava para arranjar, ou seja, tomamos banho com metade da água a sair. A localização é a uma hora do centro mas têm transportes perto o que é bom.

Worst!!!

The accommodation, which appeared appealing in the photos, turned out to have a dismal ambiance and an unpleasant location filled with the smell of urinals. Feeling unwell, we attempted to contact the reception, but no one was available. We promptly decided to leave within an hour of arriving, despite having booked for three days, and unfortunately, there was no refund.

DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE

Sono stato spesso alla struttura quasi da considerarsi un cliente abituale, sempre trattato in modo scortese e poco professionale. Oggi la mia ultima esperienza visto che su WhatsApp preso accordi per 2 notti poi la mattina vengo svegliato dicendomi che non c'era nessuna camera disponibile se si può evitate proprio. La donna che si occupa delle pulizie fa sempre casino prima dell'orario di ceck out ed è sempre molto scortese

One night stay

Posizione ottima di fronte a Ostiense e a Piramide. Va benissimo per un breve soggiorno di una o due notti, senza pretese. Carino anche il terrazzo che sicuramente è un valore aggiunto.

Camera piccolina arredata con gusto dubbio (tende e coperte nere con paillettes). Pulizia da migliorare ma accettabile. Letto piccolo e non proprio comodissimo.

The rooms were clean

No breakfast..poor customer relation..the receptionist was not friendly.There was also a language barrier..they couldn't communicate in English.There hotel price is different and higher from what is online

the room is too small and I have been there for 5 nights and they cleaned the room one time and they didn’t put soap enough and the soap was bad quality.

Nice room in a great location

Great location although that comes with some train noise. Clean, neat and well presented room with handy little terrace. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Its a small room but great value for what you are paying and provides all that you need.

I have no complaints with this accommodation. Its small but great value for the price.

Nothing at all.

They lied to us, we had check in at 13:00 and they keep us eaiting every half an hour that the room will be ready in 30 minutes, they gave is it at 18:40, this was not the deal, the worst hotel service in all my life, they kept us on foot for 5 and half hours outside the hotel. The truth was that the previous woman gave some more money cash to stay for another 6 hours, we found hwr outside the hotel and ssked her, there were lying to us and telling thst they had to fix some things in room first, never again in the awful hotel

Location - on the Metro, on the train line and non touristy.

Shower was leaky but OK. We would have liked a kettle and tea making facilities. Room a little small.

If they can prepare better toilet paper (the current one is literally useless) this is a very great accomodation close t

close to the centre, great area with a lot of cafe and restaurants

Awful stay

Nothing at all!

Very disappointed with the accommodation and its service. Dirty, old, tiny room with bad furniture. Wi-fi connection very poor, not enough space for two people and stuff who don’t know any language but Italian. Even if their payment policy says that they don’t require credit card information, they wanted to cancel our reservation one day before the arrival because we didn’t want to give them credit card details. For all of you who want to visit beautiful Rome, I don’t recommend this accommodation.
