I expected and appreciated the excellent common-space arrangements: common kitchen, outdoor sitting areas, park-like environment; these features compensated for the smallish room size. The bathroom & shower facilities were basic, but excellent and clean, with good hot water. Overall cleanliness was outstanding, matching the welcoming and well ordered yard. Also, a lovely beach is only 2 minute walk away. While there, I met a man who was staying there for 10 days, and a frequent guest - he loves the place and it's easy to see why.
My only recommendation is that the small rooms should have smaller table/chair sets inside, to free up space...but that's just my own solution set to small spaces...just nitpicking.

The floor in the shower was spongy. Could hear the people next to us with out tv on.
