We stayed at this house last year. We were pleasantly surprised to have air conditioning this year. It made the trip that much better. I love the location of this house. We would stay again for sure!

The lake house was awesome, refreshing… quiet, relaxing place

The house was ok. They advertise a giant fire table online then tell you that you can’t use it when you get there. The coffee makers were moldy so I had to drive to the store for coffee even though we brought some. There were no pillow cases on the old yellow pillows. House keeping is doing a terrible job. Check in isn’t until 4pm and check out is at 10pm which is absolutely ridiculous. We rented the house for 3 nights and we’re charged for 4 nights which makes zero sense since you can’t check in until 4 and you have to leave before 10 am. Not a great experience to be honest.

House fit us well, could of been a bit cleaner (dust and hair balls in corners, rodent poop all over deck, coffee pot leaked, not enough toilet paper or shampoo) but in all we had a blast. Thank you.

Had a great time. Location is great for kids to do some swimming right in front of the house. It is a little tight upstairs for taller folks but house had a nice layout to make it work well for our family group.

The location and waterfront access was top notch few things didn’t go as expected. First, we didn’t get the proper key code so we were stuck outside the house for almost an hour in 90° heat with small children and pregnant wives. Next, we were given a Wi-Fi network and password that did not exist and it took almost 2 days for them to figure out what it actually was, and I say this because the cell phone service is not great. Also the house was not cleaned as well as we had hoped. Bathrooms had hair on the floors, the hardwoods were dirty and cupboards were full of dust. We brought this attention to Vacasa’s attention and we were told cleaners were coming but 3 days later they had still not come, so we said just don’t worry about it. Last thing you should know is the neighboring yacht club is less than friendly and you are not allowed any access to any part of it, including the boat launch and on water gas pump. The neighbors will make that extremely clear when you arrive.

The property was clean, plenty of dish and silverware, clean fridge and bathrooms. Great view of the lake and convenient deck access. Our party of 6 enjoyed the stay very much.

Safety issues: • Several nail heads sticking up on the dock, posing a trip/cut hazard in a high traffic area of the dock. • Advertised slide is very unsteady and is not fully attached to the dock. Does not meet expectations: • This home has a serious ant problem. Ant traps are full of ants suggesting that they have not been changed recently. Ants are all over outside, and inside in the kitchen and master bathroom. We are unable to use the main counter in the kitchen because of the huge number of ants. Ants ended up inside of an infant formula container. • House is very dirty, and doesn’t appear to have had a deep clean in a long time. Bugs, cobwebs, dust, and grime are on nearly every surface. • Light bulbs from at least 3 areas throughout the house are either not working or missing. • Home is EXTREMELY hot in hot weather, due to no A/C. For a listing of this price, we expected to at least be equipped with appropriate fans to cool the house to a reasonable temperature. There were 3 large fan units that required water, and 1 good working fan in the house. The fan units that required water made the house extremely humid, causing concern for mold. These fans are essentially unusable. • Bare essentials inside the home will not get us through the week. We were provided 2 garbage bags for the entire home, for 1 week, and 5 dishwasher tabs. There was also only 6 rolls of toilet paper in the house. Again, this might be appropriate for a lower priced listing, but was very surprising to us. There should at least be instructions for travelers to bring these items if the property will not provide them. Listing not accurate: • 5 bedrooms are listed, but 2 “bedrooms” are actually connected without full doors or closets. Bottom “bedroom” has an extremely low ceiling, no closet, and no window coverings on the door. There are no windows that open in the bottom “bedroom”. And no window covering • No porch swing as advertised • 3 of the 5 star reviews on this listing are from the same person, with the same exact wording. This is very misleading and skews the overall rating associated with this home. Can not recommend this property at the price they charge

The patio and deck on the water was amazing. But the inside of house was not so much. My family and I stayed at the home for three nights during triple digit heat and home has no a/c. Fans provided were incredibly dirty causing allergies to flare up and add to our discomfort. Due to the heat the only room that was best to sleep in was downstairs. We didn’t even go upstairs as the temp. Inside the home did not go below 86. The good thing was that we did have the water out back to keep us cool. We tried to stay in the water as much as possible with the kids & family but at night we really got no sleep. I assume if weather conditions were around 80’s for a stay here it would be okay. Not sure I will rent again.

We had to go to town and buy some. We kept seeing mice outside and on the deck. So gross. There is no A/C so the house, most the time, was hotter than outside and it was 97 outside. Some of our group would have slept outside but there were too many mice around to be comfortable doing so. Ironically, we had a good time but it wasn’t the most ideal stay.

We were not able to use the boat lift because it was set to high on the adjustments. But we did enjoy the scenery of the lake and sitting on the dock.

We didn’t have enough propane to BBQ so we had to get it. We were reimbursed for the cost. We were not able to use the dock or the boat lift because the lake was too low. Wished we would have known that before booking. We called several times and someone was to get back with us but we had no response. Vacasa did credit us a portion for not being able to use the dock or the boat lift. I still had to pay extra to moor my boat somewhere else. This property does NOT come with A/C. If it is warm, you will need fans. Got very hot

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for the family, the house has a beautiful view of Lake Chelan and is close to the town. We really enjoyed our time!

Overall, the house was clean and in good shape, and the location was excellent being right off the water. I’d recommend to anyone looking to stay on the lake.

Loved staying in this little waterfront home. Had a wonderful time and the house was stocked with everything one would expect. Super friendly neighbors too!

I absolutely loved the outside patio area with plenty of seating and the partially enclosed swimming area perfect for floating and cooling off. There’s a large table on the deck as well as a large dining table inside perfect for playing games and gathering for meals. The house is not that big but the space is well used providing lots of separate sleeping areas.

The location on the lake was great! Overall the home was clean and well appointed. The slide on the dock needs repair, it was loose and not safe. There was no way to turn the propane on to use the firepit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.

Lake Chelan. This was a lovely house for a four-day family get together. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Try to book the Place for next year, but now they are excepting only a one week stay or more. That would be too long for us and also to expensive. Too bad!

This house was both pristine and very functional for our family of six. The views were stunning, the dock and deck areas felt very private, and everything in the house was clean and of high quality. We can’t wait to come back!
