About this house rental
Situated in Copperopolis, this lovely house for $380 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Waterfront duet home, at Drifter's Marina, is one of the few legal properties capable of being a daily/weekly vacation rental on the lake. The Main level has open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a large deck over looking the lake. The deck is shaded and perfect for BBQ's or having cocktails. The Upper level has a spacious Master Bedroom with a balcony and gorgeous Master Bath with jetted tub, separate shower, & walk in closet. 2 additional bedrooms, plus a loft with a sleeper sofa, and a large full bath that is separated for many people to enjoy at once with privacy! There's a laundry room with washer/dryer in the event you need to do laundry. Kid friendly as we supply board games, puzzles, DVD's, & sleds for the winter. 2 Car Garage (only 1 space in the garage currently) and driveway provide the space for your boat and vehicles. Walk to Drifter's Restaurant & Marina, but know you're far enough away for peace & quiet. Enjoy the best of Lake Tulloch!!

Start to finish was seamless, Jeff ran the rental like a well oiled machine. Everything from a pizza cutter to plastic glassware to take a walk to the dock. Truly not one detail missed. Cannot wait to visit again and enjoy this beautiful on the water condo. 😎😎

Everything was perfect with the house as well as location on the lake. Grocery store and restaurants are close by as well as great wineries and shops! Owner was always available for communication.

This was our 2nd yr and loved it as much as the 1st. Jeff, the owner is so responsive and enjoy working w him. He arranged a boat slip for us and the process couldn't be easier. Pls keep ur place forever.....for us! ;0)

So clean and comfortable
It was my 53rd bday. We had 6 adults staying. The home is extremely clean. The large sectional couch was perfect for just laying around. The view of the lake from 2 balconies was the icing on the cake! Jeff, our host was so easy to work with! Just awesome...all together just the best!!!

It’s the end unit so we loved the shade on the deck. Very comfortable unit with plenty of room! Drifters Restaurant just next door has awesome food. Tulloch Lake is our favorite lake for boating, so it was a perfect mini vacation. Jeff was very accommodating and communication was great!

Amazing property, gorgeous location, and outstanding management!
From the moment I reached out to discuss booking this property until the day we left, everything about the experience was beyond exceptional! Jeff’s communication and availability were top notch, I never waited much more than a few minutes for a response and he was always very thorough in his answers or descriptions. From beginning to end he was an excellent host!
I’ve rented other places online and I’ve learned photographers can make even the most pitiful of places look great in a photo. That was not the case this time, the home was exactly as shown (although they had made IMPROVEMENTS above and beyond the photos). Jeff’s home was extremely comfortable and felt much larger than it actually is. The furniture, decor, and layout made it so that a group of eight could stay and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. For your own planning purposes, we had my husband and I, our 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend, our 23 year old son and his girlfriend, and our 6 year old and 3 year old son and daughter. At no point did we ever wish we had more space.
The location of the home is exactly as shown. The home sits right on the edge of the lake and is two minutes walking distance to the boat dock and Drifter’s Grill. All of the boys spent countless hours fishing from the back deck and there was even an area just outside of the front door and around the corner to walk down and do more fishing.
The home had everything we needed and more! I was so happy when I walked into the master bathroom and saw a small counter top mirror...it’s the little things that make all the difference in a vacation home. I had forgotten my mirror at home only to find my problem solved when I walked in. They also had a blow dryer, curling iron, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels and linens, and the stand up paddle boards (that appear to be brand new) were an added bonus!
I cannot say enough about how nice this home is and how wonderful the host was. When we go back we will plan our trip around this homes availability!
