About this house rental
Our house is nestled up in the hills of Copperopolis and overlooks beautiful Lake Tulloch and Calaveras County. The location provides a central location for adventures, to Yosemite, Bear Valley, Jamestown, Murphys, and much more. Our spacious home is perfect for families, and we can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children with ease. There is a spacious kitchen, large living room with plenty of couch space. There is an outdoor wood-burning fire pit for nightly s'mores. This place is perfect for family getaway any time of year.

Great home, with wonderful floor plan. Bathrooms have been updated and the decor is adorable. Fabulous view from the front relaxing patio. The hosts were responsive and wonderful. We will definitely keep this home in our favorites to rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views were absolutely gorgeous and one of the highlights of our trip. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals while taking in the scenery.The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. It stopped working, and the house became quite warm in the afternoon. The housekeeper responded very quickly and made every effort to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the AC never fully started working again during our stay.That said, opening the windows brought in a nice breeze, and the temperatures cooled down enough that it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us. However, it could be more problematic during the hotter months of the year.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for its stunning views, cleanliness, and beautiful accommodations.

Our 6-person group's average age is around 80. A railing along the stairs up to the house would be helpful. The driveway is difficult to ascend on foot. We must shuttle people and supplies by car into the garage to avoid the stairs and driveway. Other, younger clients may have similar challenges. Also a large serving bowl for the kitchen would be good. Otherwise, a fine destination.
