Nestled in Copperopolis, this charming house for $638 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy panoramic views from our home on the south shore of Lake Tulloch. Located just around the bend from the boat launch and marina you will be at your own dock in minutes. Enjoy swimming off the dock or plunge into our favorite swimming hole at Scorpion Cove just across the lake. Lake Tulloch is nestled in the heart of the gold country and at the base of the Sierras where you can go wine tasting, horseback riding, hiking, and fish till your heart's content at Lake Tulloch or at nearby Lake Goodwin and the Stanislaus River all know for their share of trophy fish including trout and bass. Located right in the between Sonora and Oakdale, all of life’s necessities is only a short drive away.

Nice house , plenty space , lake water level low but nice view , we enjoy it !!!

This was a great house for my family of 8. All adults and one infant. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor, but still felt cozy. Great kitchen with lots of accessories, utensils and place settings. Unfortunately the power went out for about 12hrs while we were there, not the homeowners fault, just know that happens occasionally up there. Prepare yourself for a LOT of stairs. It was geat having a private dock and the water was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location! We went with family and each had our own separate floor each with our own bathroom. So nice to have own space! The stairs are a challenge, but it is Lake Tulloch, so we knew this going into it. The cabin is fully stocked and we had a great stay! Response time was incredibly fast! Would love to stay again!

The property is stunning and very comfy! There is nothing better than sitting on a comfy couch, with a big blanket, in front of those big windows looking out onto the lake! The place is big enough for everyone to have their own little corner but it maintains the warmth of a home that is yours! Looking forward to our next stay at the Tulloch Lake House!

For the last 30+ years I have been coordinating a lake side camping trip with family and friends. Now that some of us have donated our tents it was time to find a lake side house. This house was perfect for us. Not too fancy, and very close to the lake. It would have been nice to have the option to hang out on land lake side as well as on the dock, but there wasn't an area near the house to do it. All and all, everyone in the group enjoyed their stay and had a great time. Thank you!

Overall stay
I think for the amount of money that we paid to stay in that home people could put a little bit more effort into decorating and keeping it clean. Cabinets were sticky floor is coming apart and furniture was ridiculous.

A time to remember
The lake house was a perfect way to kick off this summer. From the extraordinary views to the family friendly atmosphere Guaranteed that we come back. The marina was so close to the house to rent a boat. Overall just a wonderful experience.

Beautiful views at this lakefront property
Our group of three couples was very pleased with our stay. Lots of room to enjoy the abundant full sized windows that overlook the lake. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, and two decks to enjoy the peaceful views.

The house was fantastic and we had a great time. It had every amenity that we wanted. Only negatives were...(1)we could not get the internet to work all weekend. (2). The boat/dock access was great, but because of the close in proximity to the no wake zone and the fact that the boaters came really close to the dock, it made for a ton of waves. It was to dangerous to swim off the dock. But most importantly the waves absolutely destroyed our pontoon boat and jet skis. The constant slamming into the cement dock caused multiple damages to all vessels. Over all we would recommend this property but definitely be aware of the waves.

Tulloch 2021
We visit Tulloch Lake every year and always rent a house. We have stayed here before and it was great. The view is one of the better ones. The updated air conditioner was a plus. We would stay here again. Thank You for sharing your home with our family.

Great family location!
We stayed at this house for a family lake trip and it was our first time visiting Lake Tulloch. The house is spacious inside for family dinners/game nights and the panoramic views of the Lake are more beautiful in person.
The stairs are steep to get to the dock but manageable. My mom is 60 and we have 4 year old and they both were able to go up and down (with breaks! Lol). Having a private dock is definitely a plus! We didn’t swim too much off the dock but had a jet ski and rented a boat. We looked for a beach area for the kids but couldn’t find one so it’s good we had some water toys to play with. Overall, we loved the house and the Lake.

We had a wonderful time staying at the tulloch lake house. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It had a Private dock for your use. The boat launching facility was walking distance from the house around three minutes. The house was very clean and was well-stocked. And I would not hesitate to rent it out again. There was also a marina with the general store/restaurant in the marina

Great place for a big family weekend celebrating our Dad’s 70th birthday. Tassa was easy to communicate and work with.

The walk down to the dock can be difficult for the elderly and anyone who is disabled. The steps are steep and it’s quite a way down. We loved the dock below as we can sit and eat as we watched our kids swim and the boats pass by. This home is spacious and lovely ! This is our second stay in this home and we will be back next year!
