Nestled in Bluewater, this lovely cottage for $301 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A well-maintained, 3-season cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and outdoor shower located five minutes north of beautiful Grand Bend and 10 minutes south of Bayfield. Private stairs to soft sandy beach just steps off the back deck. Perfect for a family, children, and/or group of adults looking for a quiet fun getaway. Property includes 1 king bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 bunk bed (Queen on bottom, Double XL on top), BBQ, bathroom and a full open concept kitchen. Enjoy the beach during the day and the most breathtaking sunsets at night! The Space Our cottage offers incredible views of the lake from the kitchen, living room, bedroom and back deck. Comfortable open living space with 50" flat screen smart TV for Netflix etc. Newly renovated inside, with full indoor bathroom and outdoor shower. Our open concept kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove/oven, fridge, and microwave. Cozy up by the fireplace while watching a movie or listening to the waves crash on the shore. Enjoy picnics on the beach or dinners on our back deck while taking in the most beautiful sunsets. Our back deck includes a bbq and 6 person dining set. We are very lucky to still have a beach despite the higher than normal water levels this year. The beach changes everyday; from soft sand to pebbles depending on the currents and weather. There is always a shallow entry into the water, making it a great place for everyone to enjoy! Guest Access Guests will have access to the private beach, 3 parking spots, front porch, back porch, BBQ, wi-fi, gas fireplace, patio table and chairs, tv. Other things to note Please note: we do not supply linens (bed sheets and pillow cases) or towels - we do supply pillows and comforters for each bed.

Very happy with the accommodations. The cottage was perfect for our Family's Thanksgiving getaway. Great view of the lake. Perfect location. Very clean. Would highly recommend staying here. Duncan is an excellent host.

This cottage is compact but had everything we needed and has been recently redone and redecorated and has a good layout. Beds are very comfortable. The location is amazing - close to amenities but on a private beach with a lovely deck and newer bbq. Amazing view from the deck. Stairs to the beach could be an issue for those with mobility issues but were therapeutic for me having had both hips replaced in the past two years! We had a wonderful relaxing week.

What an amazing spot! Oh my gosh! The pictures which are incredible don’t do it justice. When you walk out and see that amazing view of the water it takes your breath away! Crystal clear water! Beautiful cottage! All you can ask for. We book a different cottage every year, I am already convinced this is now the only cottage I want to rent! Thankyou Duncan!

This cottage had everything we needed and more! The views are incredible and the sunsets are unique each evening. Gaze at the stars and the lake from the King bed! The beds are comfortable and the surfaces clean and tidy. We loved the outdoor shower and new BBQ. Beautiful new flagstone driveway with parking for three vehicles. Our personal sun umbrella caught wind and broke a fence post solar light. Duncan was so gracious with us and easy to communicate with!

So happy that we stayed here. The cottage was clean, modern, and comfortable. The deck amenities were wonderful and view of the lake and sunsets was outstanding. Duncan responded quickly to our silly questions. We enjoyed brewery hopping and golfing at White Squirrel. Nicely stocked cupboard of spices etc. It was a great week!

We absolutely loved the cottage, the yard, being on the water and the ease of everything. 100 Percent happy! Could there be an up charge to include towels and lines? Would be happy to pay😀

Loved the sunsets on the water and how the house is set up. Beds very comfortable and new which is rare in a cottage. Fire pit view is incredible. Only feedback would be a few items: need a vacuum, dishwasher and washing machine. Bringing linens for 3 rooms for a week is a big load and having option to wash clothes/sheets/towels would be great. We will be back!

As soon as we walked into the cottage we really liked it! It was very attractive, light, airy, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely view out to the lake. The deck has a dining table and a comfy couch for an afternoon read. We watched the beautiful sunsets on the comfortable lawn chairs looking down at the water. Early morning walks along the long stretch of beach were so peaceful. The stairs down to the beach were great exercise! We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it.

We loved the cottage so much in 2020 that we planned a trip back for 2021, while we were there. The renos are fabulous and well done, the beach and location are still amazing and the outdoor shower is a must! Duncan is responsive and lovely, everything is well-appointed and clean. We had a great time. Outdoor shower was great for cleaning the kids and dog after the beach. Stairs were a little challenging for me. My only suggestion would be a clothes line. Check in time I feel should be earlier than 4 o'clock

Cottage is spotless. Has everything you need. Location on Lake with beautiful view. Great beach. Perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Little one 2 1/2 not wanting to leave. All neighbours welcoming and friendly. Would go back!!!!

Totally enjoyed our girls get away at this beautiful location. The cottage is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything was absolutely perfect!! All the comfort's of home plus a million dollar view, topped by a gorgeous sunset every night. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise.

The barbecue, outdoor shower, even the quality of the soaps: excellent, although softness in the king bed (one of the primary reasons for renting this cottage) led to some imbalance and laughter.
