Perfect location and a lovely huge balcony - the restaurant below was so lovely too with great food and service! We didn’t realise we also had a shared kitchen area which was a bonus :)

Very large apartment, nice furnished. Very close to the beach, free parking close to the location. 2air conditioning units. Very nice terrace. Optional breakfast available at the location.

Bad smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes.

Big noise from the first floor. In the bath the water temperature was not hot.

Exceptional

Very nice, friendly easygoing host, the place is super clean and it has everything you need. We asked for a late checkout and it wasn’t a problem at all. Great experience, will definitely come back again!

Nice and cosy apartment

Nice and comfortable apartment, free coffee, great restaurant (Karlo) is there next to the building. The Jamica beach is 25 mins, the center is cirka 30 mins on foot and there is a bus stop on the other side of the street.

The small street next to the building was dusty and full of rubbish.

romantic breakfast on balcony

the location is ideal. I had the room #2 which has a nice balcony. it's nice during summer days, also I recommend having the breakfast. it's so good. the lighting is nice, specially during sunny days.

it's on a busy street, so you get the occasional nuisance...cars..etc...but most of the time it's okay. the other advantages compensates.

Overall very bad also bad price quality and a LOT of issues.

- No location tag, couldn’t find the property on the adress. - No hot water, bad shower. Need atleast 7 mins before hot water. - WiFi not working for 2 days. - Bad acoustic isolation. - Not enough toilet paper. - ‘Sea side luxury’ their is nothing about sea side. Not even a view or anything?! - Very bad smell in the kitchen. - Airco hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Very bad air quality, you can get easily sick. - Roller shutter doesn’t close properly. - 1 of the 2 lamps near bed doesn’t work. -…

Amazing location

Owner was very friendly and helpful, really went out of his way to make your stay great. Location was beautiful and convenient, restaurants and shopping mall within reach. Many choices for beaches and easy to travel to the city by bus

I was under the impression all the rooms had balconies (reading the description) and was kinda disappointed not to have any. Just a minor fault really

A perfect stay

A very comfy room in a brilliant location. We loved our stay, the room was clean & was the perfect base for exploring Pula and Stoja. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you into Pula within 10/15 mins and they're at regular times through the day. The beach which is only a few minutes walk is beautiful & there are lovely restaurants as well as water sports there. We would definitely return and recommended :)

Clean apartment in beautiful bay near Pula. Bus stop in front, 10 min from centre. Nice breakfast. Local restaurants nearby.

We really liked the location near beautiful parks and the sea. We spent most of the time enjoying nature. The rooms had lots of natural light. Everything was nice and clean. The terrace was spacious and had a nice sea view. We were lucky to be the only tourists in the apartment building and had the whole kitchen to ourselves. We felt at home there. The host is absolutely amazing, always eager to help. Many thanks for the ride to the airport, when we couldn't get an Uber.

Everything was great. If there was a microwave, it would be really perfect.

We got a room whitout a terrace, there is probably only one that has one. There is a restaurant next to the place you stay, they are the same owners. The owner told us when we go to the restaurant we get 10%discount cause we stay there. That was not true, we even paid extra for some dishes and had to pay for thing (like bread) we did not even order. It was the most expensive meal we had in 7 day of Croatia. Dont eat at restaurant Karlo. The food is good but i think it is a trick to rip off tourists...

Our stay in K&T

The K&T has a very friendly owner, great breakfast (delivered to your room) and is very close to the beach.

On the first glance the room is really nice but you should not look too closely to how it was build. The floor on the balcony is loose, power outlets are partly covered by the door frame, the tiles on the shower floor are not tilted enough that the water can flow to the drainage, as well as the temperature of the water coming out of the shower is not stable.

Perfect stay

Excellent room: clean and very well equipped. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Location is near many beaches and facilities. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. Special thanks to the person who is taking care of this hotel for his very great job.
