From the very first moment, Villa Orkidea felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family. Our first conversation began over a cup of coffee and one of Fatmira’s delicious homemade pastries, which was such a lovely introduction to the warmth and hospitality of this place.
The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were always provided. Everything was spotless and very well cared for. And the breakfasts were truly special – Fatmira prepares everything herself, from freshly cooked eggs to marinated olives, homemade jams and other delicious treats. You can really feel how much love and care she puts into everything.
What made my stay unforgettable, however, were the people. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home. Villa Orkidea is not simply a place to sleep – it is a place with heart. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Sarandë.

Great apartment with balcony in an excellent location, just a short walk from the port. Everything was spotless. What stood out the most was the host. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting me with homemade food on arrival and serving a delicious homemade breakfast. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend staying here

Everything! I am always skeptical of 10/10 reviews, but in this case it is absolutely deserved. From even before we arrived to days after we left we had the most genuine, warm, generous and hospitable experience at Villa Orkidea. Fatmira is such a delight - wish we could take her home 😆😍 breakfast is fabulous, location is excellent, room so clean and modern. Love love loved our stay
