Location, view, cleanliness, staff
Descent to hotel was very steep, as we were on foot, no lift, and breakfast didn't start before 7.30, not good for early starts

Fabulous little family run upscale hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed: nice big towels, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony and view. The breakfast was very nice - fresh fruits and veg, hot options including petulla of course but also nice crepes and other yummy things. Parking on site - best to let them park for you and leave it there! Driving in Saranda is not fun.

Everything was very good. The front beach location was just perfect, and the room was renovated and comfortable. They provided room service everyday which was great (changing towels for clean ones). The staff was brilliant, communicated very well (English) and they were able to assist us in everything (special thanks to Mikaela working in the bar - she is absolutely brilliant and soo polite).The sun beds were included in the hotel price and this was a big plus as we didn’t need to worry about getting a spot to be. They have also provided towels for us while we were at the beach. The bar also provided services during the day, we could order drinks and food, which made it very comfortable and easy to stay. They have car park and assisted with parking. We were very surprised at the end, the service was excellent, I don’t agree with any bad review written before as I’m a traveler person and experienced different places before and this one was far from bad. They’re amazing and we definitely recommend this hotel.
The only improvement we believe will make it perfect is in the breakfast. Even serving us very well, the options were limited and the brewery coffee wasn’t good. We have the option for buying better coffee just in the bar and it was very cheap, but it is a minimal offer for guests. As we are big fãs of breakfast, we missed this part. But again, this is a personal opinion, the basic for a breakfast was served and didn’t reduce our lovely experience.
